Riley did a great job as a guide and driver. The lakes were stunning and the stops were well timed. Riley was very knowledgeable and gracious. Would not hesitate to recommend. It was a little pricey, but worth it since we were unable to get shuttle access to Lake Moraine. This was a great option to view both lakes and have a third stop to hike some Falls at the end. Thanks!

Awesome Small Group Banff Tour

Rae was an amazing tour guide and I would highly recommend!! Plenty of time at each of the stops and they did not disappoint!
Too expensive

Very very expensive for a ride out to lake louise and moraine lake. We did have 2 hours at each lake which was great, however driver did not keep us informed while driving about interesting facts en route. Even if he did he couldn’t be heard at back of bus. No lunch was provided and we had to ask driver to make a stop so that we could grab a quick takeaway lunch. We had one other stop for about 10 minutes but this excursion really is only a bus ride out to both lakes

Good leisurely pace through the stops…no rushing. Seemed more time per stop allotted than on several other options advertised on Viator. The guide (Brandon) was really good.
Tour Increased Appreciation for the Parks

Our guide (on 10/1/23) was exceptional! He had indepth knowledge of the area, animal behavior, park history, and the local and surrounding environments. His tremendous sense of humor kept us entertained all day and made the day exceptionally fun. Our questions were welcomed and his answers "taught" us all many things during the tour, which helped us appreciate the unique beauty of the parks even more.

Both Lake Louise and Moraine Lake are absolutely gorgeous! We loved having enough time at both lakes to explore. We rented canoes at Moraine Lake which was a great experience. So peaceful out on the lake! We would absolutely recommend this tour!

Loved the tour! Our tour guide Tyler was super friendly and knowledgeable! I personally could have spent more time at Lake Louise hiking, but 2 hours was good enough to walk around the lake and back. Tyler suggested some great restaurants too in Banff town and I really appreciate his helpfulness!

I struggled hard with how to rate this. I’ve done a LOT of tours, from large to small to private. Here’s the deal. It was a group of 14 people crowded into a transport van. It was not nearly as comfortable as some larger bus tours we’ve taken recently. There was no microphone or speakers so there was really very little narration and you couldn’t really hear if you were in the back. The driver (who was really nice, Mitch) talked to the front passenger the whole time and he seemed very engaged and friendly. But he wasn’t a “guide” like I’m used to. He pointed out a few mountains. That was it. The “tour” drops you off for 2 hours each at Lake Louise and Moraine Lake, two beautiful destinations. You’re on your own when you get there. No food or activities are included. I would have liked to know we should have brought our own lunch - or end up doing what we did and stand in line for far too long and overpay for lousy food. The locations were beautiful but super crowded. Not the “tour”’s fault. Just warning you. It felt more like crowded transportation than a tour.
Easy and efficient transport to Moraine Lake & Lake Louise

Great experience - transportation was a breeze. Tour was professionally run and the van was very modern. They basically just let you loose to do your own thing so the biggest benefit of this is the guaranteed admission and ease of not having to deal with parking. Moraine Lake was our favorite of the two and was less crowded due to restrictions on vehicles entering.

The excursion was a great choice for our small group of six. Our guide/driver Mitch did an excellent job explaining the points of interest all along our trip and did great job behind the wheel. The vehicle we rode in was very comfortable. We also had adequate time at all our stops so we could explore and relax as well. Would highly recommend this excursion!

This tour was amazing! Our tour guide Riley was so helpful, shared a bunch of history about the locations and gave us an incredible experience. You have plenty of time at each location to hike, walk around, canoe, etc. Everything is scheduled and planned ahead so you can just enjoy the day and not worry about parking, park passes, etc. Highly recommend!
