For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.

This was such a great tour! Our family of 4 (kids ages 13 and 15) had the best time and it was one of our favorite adventures while in Banff. Our guide, Mitch, was incredibly knowledgeable about the area and geared the tour towards our family and what we wanted to see and do. He also took amazing family photos at all of our stops and gave us lots of great advice on other things to do while we were in Banff. The bikes were state of the art and so easy to ride. I highly recommend this tour!

We really enjoyed the electric bikes, and our guide Michael was very knowledgeable! He shared detailed info on the formation of the mountains, with his own photos! He also had leaflets with the flora and fauna of the park, made us hot chocolate, and gave us a variety of recommendations for what to check out with our limited time in the area. We saw so much wildlife, big and small. Great tour!!

Fun activity!

This was highly anticipated activity for our group and it didn’t disappoint. Really enjoyed the overall activity but loved taking our bikes through some snow. Michael was very personable and knowledgeable. He was a nice, relaxed guide.

A great way to see the sights around Banff

We were so glad we did this. They had nice, new bikes that were easy to ride, even in fresh snow. It got us out and into areas around Banff we wouldn’t otherwise have seen, and Michael, our guide, gave us plenty of historical and geological context to make the ride more interesting. Bring your snow helmet and goggles, and dress for the wind that you’ll be making while you ride.

Great bike ride tour

Michael our tour guide was great. We had a sunny day which made the bike ride more enjoyable. He showed us lots of great places and was very informative and stopped along the way to point out interesting places. The hot cocoa stop at the lake was an added bonus. Thanks for the fun tour

Tyler was such a fun guide. We loved learning how to operate the bikes and getting to zip around to beautiful sights. We also came upon a large herd of elk relaxing at the golf course which was awesome. The hot cocoa break was nice too.

Chris and Tyler were awesome guides, very friendly and knowledgeable. The scenery was absolutely beautiful, and this was a FUN adventure. Almost anyone can do the E bikes, using full assistance and do very little work, or you can decrease the amount of e-assistance and use all the muscle you want🙂 Highly recommend!
