    Quick and easy cathedral visit

    Beautiful cathedral. The tower is worth it and gives a decent view of Barcelona. Bear in mind that the tower climb is decently steep but is a great experience.

    We weren't able to make it and had to cancel. I totally understand that it was after the 24 hour time allowance, but I thought we might get something back. It was a self guided tour, so we weren't taking away from someone's time. Pretty disappointing.

    Viator should have on the initial page for this tour that it is a SELF-GUIDED tour. There was no one to hand out an audio of the Cathedral
    Waste of money. Did not get the tour we paid for.

    We purchased this tour with the access to rooftop and it was closed. So we paid for the access and did not get the opportunity to go up to the rooftop. We were very disappointed. Also. We paid for this tour and had our earbud ready but we were never able to download the audio. This was very frustrating. Even later when we went to our hotel in the wifi we were never able to download the tour. So this was a waste of money and we were very disappointed. . We essentially paid for this tour and did. It get it.

    Beautiful entrance and the inside was just as beautiful. The rooftop was amazing but the stairs are steep.

    The Cathedral Barcelona was beautiful and I’m glad we took the time to see its history and beauty. We even got to sit in on mass.

    Catherine was great! It is a large group of more than 20 people. The crowds are large and it was helpful to have a tour guide to keep you focused and to understand all the artwork and also background of Gaudi. Get tower access so you can get highest almost 360 view of Barcelona. Arrive early as there are many tours meeting at this location. If you book late afternoon tour, you’ll be able to witness the sunlight through the stained glass!

    The actual ticket was not sent so we aren’t able to get in to the cathedral once again we are wasting our money for no refund.

    My plane had a 3 hour delay, so I was not able to make my scheduled time. I sent an email about this but was told I couldn't change the time because it was 24 hrs before. I was told I could come at 1:30 (I was booked for :1:00), but couldn't make that either - my plane touched down at 12:15 pm. Disappointed.
