Worst experience of our vacation

A truly terrible experience. We had this booking for weeks, travelled down from Bari to do the tour. It was very lightly raining and the guide met us and told us the tour was cancelled. We asked when this was communicated and he said he just sent an email a minute ago. When we complained about the lack of notice (the weather forecast wasn’t a surprise and it was actually fine anyway), he basically laughed in our face and told us to go to hell. Just ridiculous, do not book this experience! These awful people will not treat you well!

Fun and easy tour of the coastline by boat. You see some caves and get a good view of the clear water and coastline. Not much commentary on the English tour. We took the option for a nice swim by the most famous beach.

Great boat tour! I was a little reluctant at first, going by myself, but I met great people from all over the world on the boat. The captain was very nice and showed us many beautiful local attractions.

The cove where we met the boat was a ready made pictures, colorful wooden fishing boats set agains the Aegean se. The coves we explored were one delight after another. Getting a to dive in and swim in the sea completed the experience along with a brief toast to the sea and our fellow companions.

English speaking guide is a must!!

We enjoyed the boat tour of the caves , the views and the water were amazing. The only negative on this tour need to make sure your guide speaks English! We did not get any information from our guide he was speaking Italian the entire time and if it was not for the American Italian couple, we would have known any of the details!! with this said it was worth the trip for sure.

My husband and I had booked reservations to stay and eat at the world-famous Grotto Palazzese in Polignano d Mare so decided to view the "cave restaurant" from the waters below prior to our dinner. This tour was a wonderful way to see Polignano from the water, and check out the beautiful blue grotto caves. We highly recommend this tour!

Ruined the Rest of My Trip

They changed the time of our tour multiple times and the day of the tour they sent me a message saying that the conditions would be too dangerous to leave at 5:00, so could we go at 3:30. I said that we could work that out. Then I got another message saying they didn't have room for us at 3:30, so they put us back on the 5:00 tour. I thought maybe the sea conditions had changed, but they hadn't. While it was a very rough ride, we really didn't mind, but when we got back to the dock, the boat was pitching back and forth, and the dock was slick. The guy "helping" me out yanked my arm too hard, the boat rocked and I ended up with a very bad fall and hamstring injury. The man in charge seemed very upset and arranged for a pedicab to take us by a pharmacy and then back to our hotel. Accidents happen, but I feel like they were reckless in this case and never checked to see if I was ok later. We were leaving for the third part of our trip to Rome and I wasn't able to do hardly anything at all. The last day we were there I tried doing an expensive tour we had booked, but I was in agony. This happened a week ago and while we are back home, my walking in still very painful. I have all of the what's app conversations to back this up and I understand this wasn't everyone's experience, I just want to tell what happened to me, so you can decide for yourself if this is the tour for you.
