Overview
The Côte de Beaune region is home to some of the most renowned wineries in Burgundy, famous for their Pinot noir and Chardonnay wines. On this tour, take a road trip around the vineyards in a classic French car — the Citroën 2CV — and visit traditional wine-making villages including Pommard, Volnay, Meursault, and Puligny-Montrachet. Our guide Romain was awesome. As a university graduate in geology and a lifelong resident of the area, he was intimately familiar with the area and provided us with some amazing background, above and beyond anything I had expected.

We had a lovely afternoon touring in the Citroen. The weather was perfect. The car was adorable. Our guide was so warm and accommodating. Couldn’t beat the views, and we thoroughly enjoyed the wine.

Melanie was prepared in every way to provide a most memorable experience. She was extremely knowledgeable about the local vineyards, production and wine tasting. I am not into wines at all, but came along on the private tour as a concession to my husband. As it turned out, we both had the times of our lives! We became much more knowledgeable about Burgundy wines. The little blue car was a kick and a half and Melanie was as sweet as could be. We HIGHLY recommend this tour!
