A day in the Cote de Nuit

The guide Emmanual was outstanding. Passionate and knowledgeable about Bourgogne, he went out of his way to make this trip great and even recommended, changed and made dinner reservations in Beaune for three of us. Our group of eight was amazing and from different parts of the world, but we all had a common denominator and that was the love of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. We did not return to Beaune until after 19.00 and ended the journey becoming great friends. If you are a Bourgogne wine enthusiast, I could not recommend this tour more.

Entertaining Fabulous Wine Tasting Tour

Emmanuel was a wonderful, knowledgeable guide he was thoughtful and witty and really looked after me on this full day trip. The vineyards and tastings that we visited were carefully chosen with many great wines sampled. No question was unanswered by our guide and nothing was too much trouble, the vehicle was spotlessly clean, roomy and comfortable. Thanks Manu see you next time

A full dive into Burgundy life

This experience is 10/10. Emmanuel is the best guide and driver. He was very caring to us and the choice of domains and wines is exceptional. This tour is really is a full dive into Burgundy life. The delight 100% of time: the tastings, on the road together discussing the wines and everything, superb lunch in a beautiful village of Saint George. A true experience!

Freddy and Emmanuel were amazing. Emmanuel was a fabulous tour guide and driver. He is extremely knowledgeable about the burgundy wine, cheese, the area, and wonderful information about the area. I would highly recommend this tour. We shipped 6 bottles home and bought 3 to enjoy while in Paris.

From start to finish, a wonderful day touring the Burgundy region and learning the basic ins and outs of wine from this coveted area. Virgine was a wonderful guide, making us (English speakers/French wine novices) all feel welcome from the get-go and sharing her immense knowledge throughout the day. If you are in the area, I recommend this tour to anyone looking to "break in" to the region's wine scene with minimal barriers.

Emmanuel our tour guide provided my mother and me with the most wonderful day in Burgundy! We saw and tasted so many iconic wines from local, family owned, and larger distributors - and had access to wines that are virtually impossible to find in the US - and at a significant discount (due to taxes). We learned so much about the culture of Burgundy and the culture of winemaking. I consider myself quite knowledgeable about wine and I appreciated learning so much more on this trip. Emmanuel was so knowledgeable, which comes from his direct life experiences in Burgundy. I highly recommend this experience! You won’t be disappointed!

We had a wonderful time with Manu, our guide, who did explain very well the wine history and geology of the Burgundy area, why the area has so many wines using the same 2 type of grapes: pinot noir and chardonnay. The wine tastings were well selected allowing us to compare different wines. Well done and very much recommended for wine lovers.

Excellent wine tour! From our tour guide, the wineyard, to the wine we had.. everything was superb. Our tour guide Emmanuel was great.. very friendly and he shared many things about the Beaune and his knowledge about wines. Such an informative and fun tour. No regrets!!

Our guide (Emmanuel) has excellent wine knowledge of the area. However, there were nine of us crammed into a small van all day. We only did two stops for wine tasting which was disappointing but I did like the small stop at the castle and Romanee Conte area. Lunch was orchestrated by him - including the wine we selected - then we went to a "pop up" wine shop. I assume he got some sort of kick back for wines purchased, etc. as it felt like he was really pushing us to buy wine.

Couldn’t have asked for a better guide for this day of tasting wine in Burgundy. Emmanuel was awesome - extremely helpful, friendly and informative. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone really interested in a full day of tasting great wines. The complexity of the region and sheer volume of information could be overwhelming, so having a general idea before going in might be helpful if you want to really absorb it. Even if you don’t care about the details, this tour is an excellent chance for a genuine experience in the region.

I really enjoyed the tour: we tasted over 10 different wines and visited famous vineyards. Emmanuel was an amazing guide, so knowledgeable and professional! He recommended a wine shop in Nuit-Saint-Georges which had good wines at a good price. He booked a restaurant for me and it was great too. Would definitely recommend it to a friend who visits Bourgone!

Two family domains and a fine Burgundy lunch

Overall, this was a very nice, full day tour of the burgundy wine region. Our guide men knew was passionate about wine, very friendly and kind hearted. We went to two different tastings, and in the middle of that he took us to Saint George and we had a traditional French lunch. The lunch was a little bit longer than we are as Americans, used to, but it was very enjoyable! We also stopped at a wine shop in order to easily purchase. A variety of wines offered at a discount price. Toward the end of the tour we stopped at Clos -Veugot château and gift shop.
