Hotel or apartment Guests: For the meeting, please meet your guide at the reception, and if you are staying at an apartment; your driver will be at the address you provided on the booking Your guide will arrive at your pick-up location 15 minutes before the start of your tour to pick you up. We will notify you if there are any changes. Cruise Ship Passengers: Your guide will welcome you with your first or last name on a sign in front of the cruise ship exit/entry gate where your ship is docked. Walking away from your ship, you will approach a security checkpoint gate. When you exit the gate, walk straight forward, and look straight ahead. Your guide will be there 15 minutes before the start of your tour to collect you. IMPORTANT: We are reminding you that ship and local times might differ. Please check it before the Tour starts time. Please Note: If your tour starts at 08:30 Local Time, your guide will pick you up 15 minutes (08:15) before the start time of your tour. Very IMPORTANT: If you don't see your guide with your name, please stay at the gate of your ship and do NOT walk away and look for your guide; let your guide look for you.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Not only was the tour guide really good, but the bus driver just as good. A small group was so much better than a Celebrity line huge tour. If you are planning Bonaire stop, take this tour.

Cancelled tour time, rebooked us without our consent. Waiting for refund.

We booked our tour for a noon pick up from our cruise ship port. We were in transit and without internet. It was only after we got off our ship and the tour did not pick us up, that we search for Wifi. They cancelled our tour for noon that day and automatically rebooked us for the earlier morning tour without our consent or knowledge. They rebooked us with the early morning time less than 24 hours before our tour. Of course we did not make the tour. They only changed our time after they processed our payment. I am waiting for the approval for the full refund, especially since we never were able to take the tour. As we had booked this tour weeks in advance, the tour company should have known then.

Everyone has had a first day at work.

Our driver was excellent. He was training a young man, very nice but was not sure of his facts. He needs more time listening to the driver. We would have liked to hear more history and useless facts. The trip was a little too long. Really enjoyed the salt flats area.

Nice , but needed a better car

Our tour guide was very helpful and made an amazing job accommodating our day as we were the only two on the trip The car couldn’t be worst, old, failing, bad a/c For the price I expected a little better and comfortable vehicle

Hi Mauricio, thank you for your message. We realize that our van needs replacing. Unfortunately, the new, larger vans that should have been delivered in June are delayed due to the storms over the ocean between Europe and Bonaire. We hope to have our new vans as soon as possible!

Perfect Excursion

Our small group tour ended up being a private tour with Michelle, who filled in when one of the guides was unable to work that day. She absolutely made this one of our best excursions ever! We really enjoyed the full tour of the island, the salt flats, the flamingos and the vast knowledge of the history and culture Michelle shared with us. I would highly recommend this tour for anyone wanting to see Bonaire.

Michelle was an excellent guide, very knowledgeable, fun and friendly. Picked us up/dropped off at our apartments. There was only me and my aunt so it became a private tour instead of a group tour! It was awesome!

Geweldige rondleiding door Oskar. We hebben veel van Bonaire gezien en kregen veel info en leuke verhalen. Het ophalen aan de cruise terminal was stipt en kregen op elke stop voldoende tijd. Iedereen in de groep (3 generaties) hebben genoten en vonden het de beste cruise stop die we gedaan hebben. Een echte aanrader en super toffe gids!
