    Nice trip BUT.....

    Nice informative trip BUT. As we were checking in after purchasing our tickets at regular price, had multiple folks coming up after us asking about the excursion and was told it was only $25....WTF!!!! Then after getting going, these 7 college aged young men were partying and playing while our driver was telling us about the sites. The final beach stop was very nice, good selection of food, but crowded.

    Rush, Rush, Rush… but it was only 2 hrs NOT 4 like it says!

    Horrible. We got on the bus at 12:00 pm they dropped us back off at 2:35!! Where were the 4 hours?!? The bus driver was rushing people. My daughter and I had to use the restroom and he was rushing us. For what? Not like we had more to see! We were dropped off at port right after. He also rushed another woman at one restroom stop! Why were we being rushed? It was supposed to be 4 hrs! The beach was horrible and crowded! If you want to see the island, take a taxi. It’s cheaper and at least they would give you ALL of the time you paid for!

    I cannot rate this tour as I never took it due to illness was unable to contact anyone so I was charged but not able to go This is not a negative comment but an honest one

    We must have had the worst tour guide ever on such a beautiful island. She read a script from her phone, no interaction she never even turned to look at us. It was boring and she certainly didn't sell the island highlights. Dropped off at the beach, promised a sunbed but no instructions given, very unhelpful when asked. The island was beautiful but the tour not good would recommend another company, in fact was been sold cheaper in Port than online.

    Interesting tour of the island including the salt flats and slave huts. We received a bottle of water and there was some music playing in the bus but the “party” aspect wasn’t there. We ended at Sebastian’s where we ate lunch which was nice.

    Our driver, Ferdinand made Bonaire come alive for us with historial, cultural, and ecological information throughout the trip. He took great care to stop as we passed flamingos, donkeys, salt pans and mining, slave huts, and monuments. This was a great value and a wonderful time!

    Great tour of key places around Bonaire. Fernando was a great tour guide. There was an option to remain at the beach stop for a pickup later and he was right on time!

    Our driver and guide Ivan met us just off the cruise pier and took us for a most enjoyable trip He was happy to tell us about his home and growing up on the island. We visited the salt flats, saw flamingos the slave huts and had several stops to take pictures on our way to the beach. The beach had food and nice facilities. Overall a great excursion.

    This was truly a great experience on this tour. Everyone that was on the bus at the time of my tour had a great time. It was a bit confusing when trying to locate them after leaving the ship. Please make sure to download your instructions on how to locate their tent to check in for the tour. After checking in everything else went well. Everything that was offered on the description was given. I will take this tour again when visiting Bonaire N.A.

    I took this tour as part of my cruise to the ABC islands.The tour guide Roderick was very knowledgeable and he and his assistant were very kind, and made the tour super interesting. I learned so much that the history books never speak of, and seeing the slave quarters was an emotional experience. Pickup was very convenient as it is right outside the cruise ship. I would highly recommend this tour!

    The experience was horrible, there was no music they said the radio wasn’t working, the tour guide didn’t explain much, they skipped stops and last and worst thing that happened they left us and at beach and didn’t come back to pick us up. They said they were coming back at 2 pm to pick us and our bus didn’t come back!!!! Worst tour I have ever been on.

    Thank you for sharing your experience. To remark directly on the comments. On this day we had 66 customers on tour and 2 open air party buses with music. All guides are certified and professionally trained. Narration on history and culture is a standard operation on our tours. The tour left on time from the cruise terminal and complied with all stops as described in the listing. It is not in the interest of our company and customer to skip stops and this is absolutely not a practice of our company. The bus was on time at the beach at 13:50 for the 14:00 return transportation to the port. All customers that were dropped off at the beach were picked-up on time. This respectful customer refused to enter the open bus at 14:00 and demanded to be pick-up after 14:00. Our company communicated clearly to all guests that if they do not take the scheduled 14:00 bus back to the ship, they are on their own responsibility. Kindly review our listing for more information on the operations.
