    Well worth a visit, great day out. We did the meerkat experience, would highly recommend it. Loads of animals we don’t see in the UK. Be careful not to but too muck kangaroo food, they know when they’ve had enough

    Convenient way to visit

    The zoo was a lot smaller than I thought so six hours was plenty of time to look around. Food is not to overpriced so if you're not taking a picnic don't worry. The transport was punctual and comfortable both there and back. There was a short wait on the way home ax we also picked up visitors to kangaroo island but nothing too inconvenient. Although this was more expensive it took the headache out of accessibility to the zoo which is a little in the middle of nowhere

    I got to where I was going. Nothing memorable about the trip. Driver spoke bad English and picked us up half way down the block. Was lucky I noticed him sitting way down there or would have missed the trip.
    Definitely a Great Zoo to visit!

    We had a great time visiting the zoo. it is nice to be able to have the interaction with the animals. Been to many zoos across the world. Generally you do not get to interact with animals or have a freeing zoo experience because there are so many rules that come along with animals. This was a very well designed atmosphere. I recommend starting at "Africa" side when you first arrive. Go to the left and take the shuttle. It made sense to us as that was the first show to see with the tigers and then we were able to walk and hit every show and not miss any animal exhibits.
    Crocodile show underwhelming and zoo smaller than expected

    Standard zoo but crocodile focused. Many animal types like lions, gorillas missing. Found the keeper talks short and busy (had to stand outside the tiger talk due to popularity). Only long talk was Koalas. There's one crocodile show a day and three quarters of it is birds. Not impressive - a single crocodile gets fed about 4 fish in various different ways and there weren't any Urwin's in sight. Smaller grounds than expected. Ran out of things to do an hour before the bus was due to return. Bus has no facilities but set off and left on time delivering and picking up right from the front entrance (90 mins getting there, about 70 mins getting back).

    We didn’t get to go we were trying to get to the bus from less than half a block away and they pulled off and left without us. Try to get our tickets changed to the next day, but had no response. Terrible company terrible website to go through to order tickets Would not recommend to nobody

    The zoo is magical and a must see. The bus ride was comfortable and easy to get to. You have a full day to enjoy the zoo at a leisurely pace.

    Convenient hotel pick up in Brisbane on a comfortable coach. At first I thought 6 hours at Australia zoo would not be long enough but it was perfect. Great day out and good value.

    The Zoo was great! I was a little disappointed with the transportation. I would have thought that if this was sold as a tour there would be some commentary or something. Driver did not say a word the entire time. If well it was a nice drive.

    Coach was comfortable and arrived on time for pick up from Brisbane. We left at 8.25am and arrived at the zoo around 9.45am. The driver gave clear instructions to meet back at the pick up point at 3.45pm. The zoo & wildlife warriors show was amazing - highly recommend!

    In addition to Guest Services, employees all over the zoo were friendly, helpful and provided assistance. Love the open environment for the animals. The Croc show with Chandler and Haimish was amazing. 2 professionals.

    The trip was fantastic. The Australia Zoo had awesome shows, a beautiful facility and well set up for large crowds to rest and eat. Enjoyed the experience immensely.

    We enjoyed it a lot. Don’t go on a very hot day if you want to have a good experience. The map is ok but some ideas of routes and timing would be good to add.

    This tour was just a bus ride to zoo. Tour guide on bus gave no info of the zoo they were taking you to or what to expect when you got there. There was no info of the part of Australia you were traveling through. Where I would recommend the zoo you might be better taking another tour company

    Driver was right on time mini bus was a bit grubby but ok for the trip. Dropped us right outside the entrance and straight into the zoo . Australia zoo was so much better than I expected especially the “croc show “ . I’m visiting family again next year and will go again
