In this case we fly past it (around Southbank) and spend extra time around Mt Cootha and surrounding mountains. Customers will still get the full flight time. The same limitations apply to any other aircraft or company wanting to gain clearance into the area

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Good potential but let down by technology.

The trip and view were exceptional. However, ours was the last trip of the day and the pilot was unable to start the helicopter. After the owner was contacted and arrived (45mins later), we took off. Unfortunately, it was nearly dark, so the trip was cut short.

Hey George. It's Niko here. I am really sorry to read about your experience. It was indeed me who drove down on my day off to start the aircraft; I do run the company but I'm an employee; not an owner. I do not know what the pilot may have told you, but there was no fault in the helicopter, or technology. (Thus I got the helicopter started straight away) - I can only gather by your review the pilot may have been embarrassed by this situation, and may have told you something else. Which is upsetting, as we take true pride in our helicopters. I would ask the person who flew with you, but the pilot in question was on trial and I fired them shortly after - they no longer work for Bekaa Air. Prior to this, they never informed me of what happened and this is the first that I come to read about this. I was also surprised to see that the flight may have been cut short as there was over 45min of daylight left - plenty for the scenic. When I hopped out of the helicopter, I briefed them to make sure you got the full flight time too. Now on to making this right. If you can contact us, I would love to take you on a flight. I genuinely hope you will take me up on this. After 6 years in business you're the first person who had a poor flying experience with us and to me this is one too many.

In Brisbane there is a bus pass you buy in shops or at the bus station and very easy to get on a bus from city centre to right outside the airdrome. Was it worth it…..absolutely! Our pilot was so calm and having thought I would be nervous, I actually found myself totally relaxed immediately and therefore just loved every second. You only live once. Do it…

It was me and my girlfriend first helicopter experience, the trip was great, Niko the pilot made us feel welcome, comfortable and safe. The sky and weather was awesome when we flied on the 15-7-2020. My girlfriend felt dizzy after 10mins on the flight, so fly base on your body condition. Overall very enjoyable experience.
