Scam for more money-Extortion scheme

This excursion is a sham and is not at all what it is described to be. It is not a private excursion with a driver and guide-it is a 10 minute taxi ride to the city with a WALKING tour-not at all the description. This was booked for a handicapped person and the tour operator wanted an additional 500 Euros for the driver to stay with the tour, which was already paid for ($900) as part of the excursion. It was a scam to get more money and we did not get our tour with a driver and guide. Stay far away from this one!

You need to read what is included in the tour before you book and then you cannot write a bad review if you don’t read the inclusions. YOU ARE UNFAIRLY HARMING OUR COMPANY. Please read the inclusions of the tour that you booked. Please read the inclusions of the tour that you booked. You have failed to read what it says on the tour that are two transfers back and forth and a private guide, Bruges is a city where it is all on foot. You have not read the product well, and have never been warned that there was someone handicapped until the day of the tour. You need to inform us if there is something special, we cannot guess that you had a handicap person on the tour. This is not a scam, you need to read what you booked. You booked two transfers and a private walking tour in Bruges. Please read the tour description. Thank you.

We were picked up at the cruise terminal by a taxi who took us to a meeting point where our guide was waiting for us. The guide was friendly and informative. Brugge is a beautiful city filled with history, good food and Gothic architecture. The canals were stunning, even if crowded with tourists on boats.

Dirk was excellent. Perfect guide and extremely informative. A great guide to a beautiful city. But having a minimum number of words by Viator is ridiculous

Loved touring this beautiful city with Greta who is very knowledgeable and had a lot of good worthwhile information to share about her beloved country. She even took us to a Belgium chocolatier where we were given samples a definite plus. Great tour !
