Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry to hear that you haven't enjoyed your Choco-Story experience. During the summer holidays, weekends and rainy days it can indeed get rather busy in the museum.
Fortunately we have 4 different floors that you can go to when it gets to busy on one of other floors.
The chocolate that you can taste at the end of the visit are stored in 4 dispensers. You need to hold your hand under the dispenser, turn the handle and the chocolate falls in your hand. I can assure you, it is very hygienic.
The chocolate we give to taste is coverture chocolate. This is real belgian chocolate of the highest quality that the chocolatiers all over the city use to make pralines.
