Gabor was an amazing tour guide! He picked 4 of us at the ship, gave us a whirlwind tour of Budapest, including lunch, then dropped us at the airport. It was exactly what I wanted for the limited time we had in the city. He was knowledgeable, funny and extremely accommodating. I would highly recommend him!

This was a wonderful 3 hour tour of Budapest with pick up at our hotel. Gabor was an excellent driver while Mike provided commentary and history of the sights around the city. They make an excellent team. We would recommend this to anyone who’d like to understand Budapest’s history and rich culture.

A Great City Tour with an Excellent Guide

When we met, our fine guide, Gabriel (Gabor) first asked us what we wanted to see. He has a set tour, but tried to include places and sights that were important for us to see. And he did so very successfully. The car was extremely comfortable, with bottles of water as it was a hot, humid day. He is very knowledgeable and gave us the history of places he took us to see and the historical background. It was an extremely pleasurable tour of Busapest on both sides of the Danube. I highly recommend this tour with Gabor and viatours.

A great tour to combine with a drop off at your Danube cruise

Garbo picked us & our luggage up at our hotel . At the end of our tour he dropped us off at our river cruise boat. In between he gave us an excellent tour of Budapest.
Great Excursion in Budapest

Our guide picked us up from the train station and had a sign with our names on it waiting for us. We did not tell them of our itinerary ahead of time just that we were taking the train. So our excursion started right away vs. waiting at train station for the scheduled time. Fantastic! Our guide was very helpful in choosing the locations to visit in Budapest, had a great knowledge of the city, and was very pleasant. He gave us a great suggestion at the end instead of waiting at the train station for an hour too. Definitely recommend this tour!
