The falls are amazing. We did the Brazilian side first (We felt it was the best). We were picked up at our hotel and taken to the airport. My only criticism is that we were dropped off at the airport with no explanation as to where to go (we assumed we were going to be meeting a group or be escorted to our final destination That was not the case but we figured it out and had time and freedom to eat what/where we wanted). When we got off the plan we were met by a driver and a group of us were driven by a small bus to our hotel. We arrived before check-in time so we left our bags and headed by small buss to the falls. We had the opportunity to stop and see the falls from helicopter (this is an extra fee) but truly amazing (do it) then we drove through customs and crossed into Brazil. Once at the falls we walked down from the parking area to the falls. You get lots of different views. You can even walk out into the falls on a bridge at the base of one of the falls where you feel the spray and get pretty wet. We were given plenty of time at the falls. On the way back to the hotel we stopped for a shot time to look for souvenirs. At the hotel we checked-in and had dinner. Our hotel had a pool so bring your bathing suit. Dinner was not included in the price. The rooms were nice but beware of the mosquitos!! The next day we had breakfast (included in the price) and ventured to the Argentine side of the falls. We walked to the falls viewing areas (a fair amount of walking). The guide gave us options about which paths to take depending on the amount of walking members of the group want to do. We were able to purchase snacks and beverages within the park. Beautiful sights! But e were there in Feb and it was hot and humid. Take plenty of water. We were given the option of a boat ride into the falls (not included in the price). We did not do this but were told it was great and worth while - it required a hike to get to the water's edge. We were taken back to the airport that afternoon. We were met by a driver back in Buenos Aires who took us to our hotel. Again, we were on our own at the airport. Some folks stayed on for a flight back to Buenos Aires the next day. I don't think staying another night was necessary. During the planning stage we had good communication through Viator emails with the company that plans the trip. It was well worth doing. To see both sides it is necessary to stay over night.

One of The best trips we've ever taken from pickup to drop off, there is not enough space to sing their praises here. Although we were only in Iguazu for one night the hotel although suficent could have been better, i would have preferred a choice such as the Iguazu Grand Hotel, Dinner their was excellent and a very reasonable price Only one hic-cup on the return journey to Buenos Aires, Areolineas Argentinias claimed our ticket was not valid & we had to pay a further $140.00, no choice but to pay. i emailed the tour operator whilst in the departure lounge, they refunded the money into my account within the hour. Sometimes things go wrong but it was handled in a prompt and profesional manner so hats off to them. To this day neither the tour operator or myself know what was wrong with the ticket

First and foremost, we have to commend Erika from Signature Tours. She was helpful, friendly, attentive, thoroughly, and in 1 word EXCEPTIONAL! The other staffs were nice too, picked up and dropped off were on time. The tour company asked me to install and communicate with them via WhatsApp, which was well-used throughout the tour. My husband forgot his bag on the bus after the tour and we contacted Erika when we found out and she contacted the local tour operator to locate his bag and had them bring it when they came to drive us to the airport back to Buenos Aires. We had an early flight, picked us from hotel at 4 am, got to Iguazu Airport at 8:45 am and had to wait 30 minutes to be picked up! So we complaint that we had to wait from 9 am from the hotel, couldn't get into our room, until 1:30 pm for the tour to the falls on Brazil side. Tour company found us an available local tour guide (Maria Antonowicz) and driver to take our group at 11 am instead! We loved Maria, she was very nice, knowledgeable and accommodating. She reminded us our schedule for the next day and offered to be available for any question we should have the rest of our trip. For the hotel, it's nice, spacious, great fresh food. Overall, the tour was costly but if you can afford it, shouldn't miss it.
        Amazing trip

On the expensive side of travel, but worth every penny. This place is just amazing, the falls are a sight to see.
        Not to miss experience

This was a wonderful side trip from Buenos Aires. The falls are so huge and powerful. This two day tour was just the length of time at the falls. We saw the falls from the Brazilian side the first day and Argentine side the second. We were able to take the top of the falls trail and bottom of the falls trail in the morning and the boat ride through the falls in the afternoon before heading to our flight home. Our tour guide for both days was Ariel and he spoke very good English and helped us arrange the van from the park instead of the hotel so we could take the boat trip. The local tour company was also responsive to our questions. We had 3 hours upon arrival at the hotel, YVY which was beautiful, and the first tour. The girl had a nice pool but we didn’t know to bring our bathing suits - so a suggestion is to pack one if you can.

When tour guide took on his famila and start speaking Spanish to them and ignoring everyone else who spoke English. Then when time to leave they were late and caused us to rush with separate transportation and nearly miss our flight. Tour guide should be fired. Bur we loved the falls and hotel

Absolutely amazing views! We went to both sides, the Brazilian and then Argentinian. Each side offered a unique perspectives. The Argentinian side offered rain forested areas. You can actually hear and see the animals. Our guide Nieve was very knowledgeable and friendly. She knew a lot of people who worked there and allowed us to bypass the long queues.

I am glad I booked this tour, the positive reviews are accurate. It was well planned and organised, and I had no glitches in terms of the transport or timings. My driver Carlos was very knowledgeable and helpful, and my tour guide Alex was very nice and passionate about his work, which was refreshing. The park is extraordinary, it was not very busy but I am told it can get much much busier. I found it to be very accessible and saw people who were not able bodied and completed the trails on both sides. The pricing is fair, because it includes airplane tickets, which can be expensive. I was alone with the guide, which was great. I learned a lot. The hotel was amazing, great breakfast with vegan options as well..i also had dinner there, and it was tasty. The room was clean and well isolated from dangerous insects, snakes, spiders and such. I am arachnophobic and I did not see any spiders in the park or at the hotel, so that was good. My only regret is not staying for 3 days to also have time to check out the town as I have heard it's quite cool. Truly one of those one in a lifetime experiences, if travelling solo I definitely recommend getting this tour, as it is very safe. You also get less hassle from customs, as it's all sorted via a form beforehand.
Fantastic experience -- thank you Signature Tours!

Could not recommend this experience more highly. Signature Tours is a reputable and well-organized tour operator that handles most of the experiences we booked while in Argentina. Every aspect of this trip -- from the 4:30 AM pickup in Buenos Aires and other personal drivers, to the flights, to our hotel stay at Iguazu Falls -- was meticulously planned by Signature (even though we booked without much lead time). We felt that 2 days was an ideal amount of time at Iguazu Falls, giving us enough time to appreciate both the Brazilian and Argentine sides of the falls (which we felt was critical -- the experiences are both incredible, but very different, so don't miss out!) and enjoy a night out in town. Signature Tours was also flexible and communicative when we made a logistical error, rebooking us on a private tour within 30 minutes that turned out even better than the original plan. We also have to give a shout-out to our well-informed and kind guide Yoli, who taught us an incredible amount about the flora & fauna in the park and was a pleasure to meet. Couldn't ask for a better tour guide -- request her if you can!

Both sides of the falls worth it. I strongly recommend it. It's once in a life time experience. The organization was perfect. The team was very supporting, helpful and caring.
