A trip of a lifetime

From start to finish this has been an awesome experience. Our flight was easy, the hotel was one of the nicest we have experienced, and the tour guide, Pajaro, was out of this world. He took such good care of the young and old, and everything in-between. He arranged it all to make sure we have a great experience.

This tour completely exceeded out expectations. Actually flying out and back and having a hotel set up for us. Everything went perfectly well The Mercure hotel was amazing. The tour guide Ricardo was absolutely amazing. The grand adventure is a must on this trip. Boat ride up the river and into the falls.

Taking the boat ride into the falls was a highlight of our trip. All pickups were on time and the guide we had both days was excellent!

We had a very good tour of Iguazu Falls. We are glad we were able to see the falls from both Brazil and Argentina. Our tour guide Ricardo was excellent, very informative, precise, friendly and patient. The transfer from airport to hotel was smooth, the driver was very friendly. And he was helpful when the hotel information given to him was wrong, He made sure we checked in a hotel before he left. The Hotel La Reserva Virgin Lodge was not to our liking. It was kind of dated, renovation should be considerd. decorations in the room were dusty.

Great way to see both sides of Iguazú Falls without having to book everything individually. The hotel in the Amazon was beautiful with a nice restaurant, outdoor pool, bar, and spa on the premises. Organization was quite challenging. Despite booking months in advance and asking for clarification, wasn’t given flight information until the night prior. There are two airports in Buenos Aires and we guessed wrong which made getting to the airport in time challenging. Other transportation could have better communication.

Iguazu Falls were amazing from Brazilian and Argentine sides. Our tour guide was excellent. Transportation was very good. Initial communication with Signature could have been better. Required documents were not asked for until last second. Hotel room could have been cleaner. Understaff at check in made registration take longer. Steps are steep for second floor—no elevator.

The boat ride under the Falls on the Argentine side was so much fun. Anyone considering NOT visiting the Falls from the Brazilian side should reconsider—the views are superb. Be advised that it is HOT and HUMID with many steps to navigate.

The hotel and Iguazu Falls experience were wonderful. The hotel we stayed at was beautiful and the tour operator came right to the lobby to pick us up. They took very good care of us. The Falls were amazing! Very happy that we went. The only part that I wasn't happy with was at the airport the morning we flew to Iguazu Falls. We really didn't have any idea where we were suppose to be. A little guidance would have been really helpful.

The Iguazu Falls are SPECTACULAR- from BOTH sides! Not to be missed! And the tour guides were very accommodating- especially after i had lots of pain in my hip the second day. Sandra got a golf cart and a car for me so that I didn’t have to walk so far! Wonderful experience!

This was the highlight to our 3 week South American vacation. Of course, the Iguazu Falls are amazing and one of the great wonders of the world. The tour company had great communication from the start. Everything was taken care of from the start. They made sure the entire trip went smooth from the time the driver picked us up at the hotel until we were dropped off at the cruise terminal after the trip. The driver was excellent before and after, the hotel was nice and tour guides were very good. This excursion exceeded all of our expectations.

Fabulous trip to the falls

Our guide Lucas was excellent. He made everyone feel they were important and looked after all our needs. The hotel was beautiful and very comfortable. Prices in the restaurant were reasonable. Transfers were on time and flight arrangements were good. We had a wonderful two days seeing these magnificent falls even getting soaked in a thunderstorm. Highly recommend this tour if you want to see the falls.

Bucket List Destination but, Tour Operator Needs More Attention to Detail

Iguazú Falls is a “don’t miss” bucket list destination & experience; it really sells itself. I highly recommend you see it if you’re anywhere close. Our tour operator (Signature DMC) put together an excellent tour package with an outstanding guide but, needs improvement in a couple areas. First, pre-trip communication was inaccurate in several areas and, although it all worked out OK, it made us uncertain that our tour would occur as planned. Second, the Iguazu hotel is certainly not a 4* hotel; it’s more like a Comfort Inn with a great breakfast buffet & a pool.

The Falls are FANTASTIC, UNBELIEVABLE, especially from the Brazil side 😊 Everything was fantastic except for our hotel which was second class at best, their food was terrible 😞
