-If your pickup point is Ezeiza Airport: For International Arrivals: Our meeting point is at Havanna Coffee. You'll find our driver waiting with a sign bearing your name right in front of it. It's easily found on your left after completing all the controls. For National Arrivals: In this smaller terminal, our driver will be easy to spot with your name on a sign. -If your pickup point is any address in the city: Please provide us with as many details as possible (street, number, floor, apartment). Important: Always let us know the number of people and the size of luggage (big/small), or any other relevant details we should be aware of.

Met the driver with ease and he helped us with luggage to walk out to the car (which was a taxi). He did not speak English but we communicated with some help of Google Translate. We met major traffic (highway shut down due to major accident) on the way into the city which took at least twice as long as it should. We gave him a healthy tip for it as he lost a good amount of time and gas (which is expensive) due to that. Another set of friends took a taxi from the airport which tried to charge them twice as much as our pre-arranged ride. So glad I booked this and not have to deal with scammy taxi drivers after a long flight.

No need to find a taxi or another transport to get into the city. Very convenient and reliable. The driver I was assigned could not speak English, but I had no difficulties in communicating as he knew where I was going and could you application to communicate.

Even though we got off our plane a full 30 min late, and then still had customs and needed to collect our checked luggage - Our driver was exactly where he was supposed to be and assisted with our luggage to the vehicle! Quick, quiet car ride was so appreciated at 5am after a long day. Would use again!

Hello there Janice! Thanks for your review. First of all, our drivers don't speak english and it's not advertised like that. In fact, except for a few people, you will not find much people sepaeking other lungages here. We, the coordinators (Nicolas and Enzo) do speak english and other lungages too. That's how we explained you by private messge where to find our driver, wich you did succesfully. In the other hand, i'm checking with Ramón (the driver you had)and he told me that efectivly he had some issue with the engine that made his car to vibrate. Sorry about this, but this kind of things happen sometimes. Hope you enjoy your time in our country 😊

Hello Demetrius!. Thanks for this usefull review. As we explained yesterday, we provide regular cab's service. You sent us informstion about your luggage and we tought it was going to fit in the biggest cars we have, but it was much bigger. That's why we sent you a second car. Hopefully, we often have other drivers at the airport or near. We solved inmediately. But please have in mind that your stuff will allways need 2 regular vehicles for transportation here ☺️.
