Buenos Aires Ezeiza Airport One-way Private Transfer

We called the service at 9:23 am to ask for pick up to be moved up 30 minutes due to a festival close to the hotel. The hotel staff called 3 times total because of language issues. They were very helpful. The driver arrived late. Not sure if the dispatcher failed to get him the message or not. We arrived at the airport on time, but not picked up at the requested time. Requested an English speaking driver at booking but this didn't happen. Language was a huge barrier trying to get to the right drop off area at airport.

When we received your message requesting to move up 30min, we worked to accommodate your transfer at 5PM since all the drivers have scheduled their services for the day. We regret that the driver wasn´t able to arrive on the requested time as the streets around the hotel were closed. Easy and hassle free

As we couldn’t change any money into Argentinian peso before we left the UK and reports about ATM’s being unreliable we decided to play it safe and pre book a transfer. This is a good call for anyone entering Argentina for the 1st time with limited Spanish. There is free WiFi as soon as you get into immigration so make sure you log on as the companies rep sent us a whatsapp to state where she was standing and roughly how long we’d be in the immigration queue (which was over an hour). After finally clearing immigration the rep was where she said she was with a sign with out names on. She escorted us out side where she called the driver who drove round to the terminal building to pick us up. The driver spoke limited English but got us to our hotel with out any problems.

Lead foot driver

Our driver, although nice person drove like a maniac. Cutting people off, zigzagging, driving too fast and sudden stops. Hadn't filled up the car prior to picking us up, He had to stop and get gas. the trip to the airport took longer than when we came in from the airport. got to the airport later than anticipated.

No show from driver/company!

Our flight arrived at 9:50am. Driver didn't show up at airport for pick up to transfer to hotel! Waited 30 minutes in the pick up area and still a no show! A woman who worked for the airport information called the office for us because everything was in Spanish. She was told that our reservation was closed (whatever that means) and that the driver would be there in 30 minutes if we wanted to wait. We chose to wait since it was already paid for. 30 minutes later, still no driver! We gave the driver another 30 minutes (to account for possible traffic). A hour passed and he/she was still a no show! Ended up paying for a taxi to the hotel; which was actually cheaper with a $10 tip I included! By the time we left it was 12:00pm and we had lost 2 hours worth of time sitting at the airport!

I booked this for my young adult...

I booked this for my young adult daughter last weekend, who traveled to BA to study abroad. Upon landing, she discovered her luggage was delayed, and she also had to stand in line at customs for over two hours. However, the driver waited for her! She was very grateful to see the driver standing there holding a sign with her name on it, at the end of her long journey. As her mother, I'm grateful too! She told me the driver was polite and patient, and got her to her host family's home in central BA in less than an hour. The only very minor complaint I have is we didn't receive complete information, imo, about how to contact them when she landed, or if she should. Other than that, she was very satisfied with the driver and the transfer, and I believe my husband and I may book this when we visit her in a few months.

The car that picked us up was...

The car that picked us up was nothing like the car in the ad, in fact it was a fairly old compact car. We asked for a driver who could speak English, and our driver spoke no English. For half the price we could have taken a cab from the airport and had the same experience. I would nit recommend this airport transfer service.
