This was a great experience to learn how to cook amazing food and make new friends. We cooked empanadas two ways, an amazing sauces, and dessert. How host also made the most delicious tenderloin.

The entire experience was over the top good- informative, fun, interactive, delicious, I felt like I was cooking with friends. This tour does an amazing job -would DEF take it again and recommend it - I learn so many new techniques. A MUST do in Buenos Aires.

We had a wonderful experience cooking and eating a local meal. The empanadas and chipa were excellent and easy enough to make when we get home. Chef prepared a very tender steak and the flan finished off the meal. Wine parings were quite nice. Highly recommend this experience

My girlfriend and I had a great time at Criolla Cooking. They have a brand new huge clean kitchen. The recipes were fun to make and tasty, and the chef & host were funny and kind. Would recommend!

We had a great time learning from Manuel and Marianna. The class is a mix of demonstration and hands-on cooking, with different people in the group taking on various tasks, which made it both entertaining and informative. It also gave us more time to enjoy getting to know fellow classmates. Everyone was able to try making their own empanadas, which is what I was most eager to learn. They provide drinks and a charcuterie snack plate during the cooking portion, so come hungry. Everything was delicious, and the wine tasting put the meal over the top. Would highly recommend!
Fun Lunch/Diner on Way to the Plane

We were coming off a South America Cruise and on the way to the airport. Decided to learn about Argentine cooking. Our class of six from USA, Mexico, Spain, and Argentina learned how to make chipas (cheese bread) and empanadas. Along the way we sampled vermouth drinks, white and red Argentina wines, and a main course of tenderloin, local potatoes, and flan. It was a great meal and fun time diverse group.

We've done a lot of cooking classes all over the world, and this was hands-down our favorite. Chef Manuel and the whole staff were great, the food and wine were amazing, and it was a blast meeting the other participants. Definitely the highlight of our visit to Buenos Aires!
