      We meet at the entrance of the Recoleta Cemetery. The entrance is a big white gate with 4 high greek columns that says "Requiescat in Pace" (Rest in Peace) on top. There is a plaque that says street Junin 1760 (google maps marks it at Junin 1851). Look for a guide in ORANGE.

    Mariana was a great tour guide: knowledgeable, funny, and open to questions. It was a wonderful experience walking around the cemetery and learn more about the history and culture of Argentina.

    Fantastic tour! Mariana was amazing and very knowledgeable, her english was perfect. i appreciated how she kept checking in with the group. Would highly recommend, since a tour is a must for Recoleta Cemetery.

    It was a good tour. Quite large, so if you wanted to ask questions that would be tricky, but very well explained. Pro Tip: As you leave there are 2 very nice bars with roof tops just opposite. Grab a refreshing drink there for a view across the whole cemetery you don’t otherwise see.

    Very knowledgeable, funny and great English. Only suggestion would be to not have more than 10 people. Gets too crowded and working way through cemetery in a big herd was difficult.

    Our guide, Victoria, was awesome. The cemetery is overwhelming, not something that you should do on your own. The history and information given by the guide made the tour awesome. It is worth so much more than you what is changed.

    Excellent tour - our guide Mariana was very good. Despite the group size she made sure everyone could hear and answered any questions. She told us the history of the cemetery as well as some individual stories of the mausoleums there, very interesting and informative

    This was the BEST tour in Buenos Aires. So many wonderful (and some sad) stories about the people in the tombs. The tombs were so beautiful and the cemetery was beautifully maintained. I think tour guide was Martinez...

    Victoria was a great guide, very informative and kept it interesting. I didn’t have high hopes that it would be worthwhile but it definitely was. Having the knowledge of who is buried there and the stories behind them, makes the cemetery much better than just walking around alone. Incredibly fairly prices. Definitely recommend

    We arrived early for this tour. Purchased the required entrance tickets and then stood around until 3:50 for a tour that was scheduled to start at 3:30. It also was only supposed to have 25 people maximum but there were many more. The guide was very knowledgeable but with the crowd and the late start we missed more of this than we attended. If the guide is working through Viator, she needs to adhere to their rules. It appeared that some of us had booked through Viator and the others were just walk ins.

    Guide was friendly, knowledgable and considerate. It was raining a little and she made sure she told us details about upcoming tombs while we were under a tree or something overhead so we wouldn't get too wet. She covered the highlights expected in the Recoleta as well as answered all questions. Would def recommend.
