Eduardo was an outstanding tour guide!!!! We had a great time! He was extremely knowledgeable and we learned a lot! He was personable and learned our names right away. He was kind, mindful, and thoughtful, and made it a positive experience for all of us. We especially appreciated the roomy air conditioned van.

Everything was just as good as advertised with great views of the sites and fish. Alex, our guide, was funny and knowledgeable. I took my 2 and 4 year-olds and they both loved it. I would definitely go again.

We had a great time on our clear boat tour! Our guide and captain were both friendly and informative, they took photos of us but did not push us too hard to buy at the end. A great way to get out and see some wildlife and Cabos stunning rock formations. The only thing I will say is if there is anyone with impaired mobility in your group they may have a bit of a difficult time getting in an out of the boat, as my mother in law did. My husband and the guide were able to help her, it was fine, but just something to be aware of as it is a high step over the side to get in. Thank you for a great time!

The boat and crew were great. We got to see a lot of different things on the water. There were beautiful fish under the boat and the arches were incredible. Our boat guide told us a lot about where we were and what we were seeing.

I saw you guys in the water and I was very jealous. I was told it was just a short walk or a short cab ride to where you are. I’m 78 years old and there is no way I could walk that distance. In fact, I had just signed up another one of my Party to join us on that boat that very morning. Which means since you said, there are no refunds I lost money for all three of us. What a shame. I wish you were a lot more honest with your assessment of how far it is. Not for some people. But it was impossible for me to manage , I was so disappointed I told the boys about this over and over again

You did know because I talked to you on the phone twice before you got on the cruise ship. I told you it was a 12 minute walk according to Google and offered to have a taxi come get you from the cruise ship dock but you didn't want to pay the taxi driver and decided to make it on your own. If you didn't make it on that day it was your decision but I have the recorded phone calls showing you absolutely knew your options in time to cancel for a full refund.

We had very good experience with clear boat. The tour guide is really nice. Heidi from the tour operator company was really helpful and very responsive. Enva tours might contact you directly to sell transportation and other tours. Beware of their pricing. It's cost more than the tour operator company's listed price.

Excellent tour, I only wish they'd give you more time to take photos at the arch. Photos at the end are on the higher price. But overall it was a great experience.

You sound a lot like a competitor would sound. Anyone who takes the tour knows there is no comparison between a traditional water taxi and the completely clear boat. I have taken every possible tour to the Arch and the only better way to see it is from the helicopter. I promise the clear boat is much cheaper than the helicopter.
