The experience was awesome! Great tour guides and everyone was friendly. No pressure to buy extra items such as pictures etc. allows you to take your own photos as well.

On my second trip to Cabo I brought my friend, aunt, and parents. While I had visited the arch before, they hadn't and this little trip was exactly what we needed. The boat was clean and clear with removal of shoes required. Just before we got to the arch, they threw some tortillas into the water and we watched all of these amazing fish swim right underneath us. It was great especially because everyone got an equal view as the whole boat was see-through. The operator and tour guide were very nice and overall a good value for money!! Would recommend.

All of it!! The commentary was great! The small group was amazing!! We loved it!! From allowing us to get pictures on the boat to explaining what we were seeing, it was truly magical!

Fun fish, they loved tortillas and were easy to see via the glass bottom. We also snorkled and saw many more fish via this glass bottom boat.

Disappointing

Very little actual viewing of fish or sea life, and if you're on the left side of the boat, you can't take decent photos of the sights (seals, arch, etc.) because you're not supposed to stand it switch sides of the boat. Turned into a photo shoot for one family who had literally dozens of photos taken, blocking the view of the arch for everyone else. You don't even get a full hour of "tour" because the boarding and debarkation are counted in the hour. Very disappointing tour.

Our tour leader and boat captain were wonderful. They were very friendly and did not hesitate to make sure all of our needs were met. The transparent boats are amazing - we will not hesitate to recommend - it was wonderful!
Great experience, bad instructions

Great, short boat ride. The boat itself was cool and our tour guide and driver were nice, however finding the meetup location was a task. Instructions said "Dock P, near Señor Frogs." That's what we told our cab driver who dropped us near Señor Frogs, and the dock was all the way on the other side of the marina. Not even the marina security knew where Dock P was. We also mentioned Cabo Fun Tours and they had no idea where it was at. Once we finally found the place it had a completely different name and was actually located closer to the mall. We got dropped off 40 mins before the tour and still arrived late due to walking around trying to find the place.
