Our driver was almost an hour late. We had to call viator and him multiple times. He told us we would be there in 10 minutes he showed up 50 minutes later.We almost missed our flight. Thankfully some nice people at the airport let us skip the line so we made it just in time.

After we the agent confirmed that the car transportation is available and I was charged the amount listed and the time of pick up.in couple of hours I got a message that they do t pick up from our hotel and that the whole time I spent trying to secure a car to the airport was wasted.even though I asked the agent if he is sure about everything and he said our hotel is on the list for pick up.

Hello Mark this is very weird Im looking on my Canellatios and dont find any Reservation with this name. We have had Cancellations because of the Traffic ( only once) and one more because the client was expecting a Luxury Van witch it is not our Product and we ask a full reinbursed of course. But not Marks name on these Cancellations. Have a Good one.

Relaxing airport ride

The trip back to the airport was very comfortable. Ricardo was very gracious he got to our hotel early which was nice coz we didn't have to wait for him, he waited for us. He provided water and even good music. Very nice man. If we ever go back to Cabo we will definitely hire him again. We wish him all the best.
