Learn to make four Italian dishes in this group cooking class: malloreddus (similar to gnocchi and flavored with saffron); culurgiones (pasta “pockets” stuffed with regional fillings); ravioli (dumplings with fillings); and tagliatelle (long, flat pasta ribbons). What a wonderful experience with this lovely family. We enjoyed learning about Sardagna and the local village, as well as, learning how to make the pastas. Finished with a full meal of antipasto, the pasta 🍝 we created in their delicious sauce and coffee ☕️. Unable to add my photos to this site 🤷‍♀️ Definitely worth it!!

Best cultural experience

The most authentic experience of our trip to Sardinia. Isabelle and Valerio welcomed us into their beautiful home and were excellent teachers to teach us how to make two traditional pasta types. They shared the recipes as well as prepared a beautiful lunch but they were also so knowledgeable about Sardinia itself. A fun activity with our adult children.

What a wonderful experience! Isabella and Valerio were great fun hosts! We thoroughly enjoyed learning how to make traditional Sardinian culurgiones and gnocchi! Loved the weaving of the culurgiones and can’t wait to try them at home. There were four of us from the US and three more from Germany - delightful classmates! Would absolutely highly recommend our experience. Thank you Isabella and Valerio, individually you are marvelous, together you are a fabulous team! Bravo! Grazie mille! Gina

This was an excellent pasta making experience, and the hostess and her husband were absolutely wonderful. They welcomed us into their home with such hospitality and warmth, and taught us traditional Sardinian pasta. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and would strongly recommend that anyone visiting Sardinia to do this class!

Isabella, Roberta und Valerio Waren ganz wunderbare Gastgeber. Mein Teenager-Sohn genoss dir Erfahrung die Culurgiones und Malluredus in einer freundlichen Umgebung zuzubereiten. Wir hatten einen unvergesslichen Vormittag, haben besondere Menschen kennengelernt und ein leckeres Essen genossen. Vielen Dank nochmal dafür!

Familia y calor de hogar! Cortesía, amabilidad, buena gente! Nos han ido a buscar hasta el hotel, nos han llevado a su casa en un típico pueblito italiano, han compartido su sabiduría y más!Exelente experiencia! Sorpresa compartida en familia y con amigos! Der Kurs hat unsere Erwartungen bei weitem übertroffen. Wir hatten mit Valerio, Isabell und ihre Mama einen wunderschönen Tag, gelernt wie man typisch sardische Pasta zubereitet und Isabell hat dazu noch eine Sugo gekocht, die seinesgleichen sucht. Es war alles in allem ein ein tolles Erlebnis mit sehr lieben und freundlichen Menschen. Wir wurden hier sehr familiär aufgenommen, haben viel erfahren (nicht nur über das sardische Essen) und haben auch viel gelacht. Wir möchten uns bei Valerio, Isabell und ihrer Mama noch einmal ganz herzlich für die tolle Erfahrung bedanken und können diese mit einem sehr guten Gefühl weiter empfehlen.
