    This was a fantastic experience! Damien was an excellent host, explaining everything we wanted to know about the local food. The cooking part was so much fun. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants a true local experience in Cagliari.

    Fun time and delicious culurgiounes!

    My husband, son and I had a great time doing the cooking class. We learned how to make traditional pasta and the filling. Our host Damiano was great and patient and funny. The Culurgiounes turned out delicious and we had a fun time with the group and a nice lunch.

    Great lesson, and lots of fun while learning. Our instructor treated us to lots of wine, cheese, and meat during our learning. Definitely as much fun as learning. Very patient and helpful teacher.

    Daminiamo and Roberta became our fast friends during our pasta making experience. Their passion for cooking and all things Italian showed through. Eating results of our class was great fun, wine, and conversation made it a great day.

    Great hosts and our co-guests were superb company. We were so enthused that we got our never-used pasta maker out on our return from holiday and the picture you see is of our solo attempt - a little injection of Sardinia into our kitchen. Highly recommend the cooking class.

    The cooking part of the class is well thought out. The hosts are easy to understand and happy to offer advice on anything. We learnt plenty about the island, weather, beaches and history. Beer, wine, water and none alchohol options all offered.

    Damiano was AMAZING! This experience was so fun and very hands-on. Damiano is the best host and really enjoys talking to his guests. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU GO TO THE RIGHT ADDRESS THAT DAMIANO LISTS AND NOT THE MAP! I recommend this cooking experience 100% the culurgiones were so so good!

    We had a great time learning to make culurgiones with a fun group of other students! It was a super hot day, but Damiano and his sister made it as comfortable as possible. The class was well-organized and informative. The lunch, including the pasta we made, was delicious.

    We learned how to do Culurgiones with a small group of people. It was such a lovely experience and we had a lot of food. We did not only learn a lot about traditional food from Sardinia, we also learned a lot of interesting things about the people and the culture there. We loved it so much and we definitely recommend the cooking class! :-)
