Great guide

It wasn’t the cheapest thing we’ve done in Egypt but definitely worth it. Fortunately we had a great guide (Mimo) who was knowledgeable, patient and helpful with great attitude (featured in the pic). Spoke English very well, never rushed us from location, gave detailed stories and never felt pressured or bothered to spend more money. Felt safe and comfortable. Air conditioned minibus that was comfortable. Nice driver. I’m not sure if i support the camel rides anymore now that I question how well they are treated but the tour itself was great.

Really knowledgeable tour guide (Mohammed) and lovely respectful driver. Brought us to all the amazing sightseeing spots and took excellent photos of us to capture memories. Camel ride was short but enough. Very enjoyable day trip.

The tour was fine. There was much detail lacking, I have certainly been on tours where the history was brought alive more. We were pressured into tipping the camel guide, even though we'd already paid for it with the tour. And the stops at the papyrus shop and perfume shop were an absolute waste of time, and totally pointless. We got to the major sights but there really wasn't much excitement in it.

Our guide was really kind and friendly but the way she spoke english was difficult to undestand, so at the end we didn't really enjoy our tour because we didn't get a nice explanation of the sites we saw,she said she studied egyptology ,but didn't seem very knowledgeable. It looked like she was more into taking pics than actually explaining us the story of the pyramids, we didn't even get to the best spot anyway. at the end of the tour she asked us to share a taxi but we had yo pay the whole ride,we wasted one hour in traffic to bring her home and missed the sunset. at the beginning of the day she brought us to papyrus and parfume shop (probably her friend)which is not included in the tour, could be nice but if u don't want to spend money or loose time u can avoid to do it. Tour is written lasts 5h but we were done in 3.

Worse experience ever

⚠️Warning! Don't book with them!!!! They denied the fact I had paid an all inclusive trip. They claimed I only had the rigth to a taxi and a guide without entrance tickets. I had to do it by my own. Also when I asked them to sent the taxi they were positive about me getting a refund from viator wich never happened. Short story I lost my money and the tour.

I was paid for a guide in spanish and he just speak english, the offer says thad is a 5 hour tour and it takes just 2 hours. The guide was nice, take pictures of us and protect us from the sellers. The food was average. The driver is good but dont speak english or spanish. The tour shoul left enjoy for more time the pyramids area

Mostafa as our guide was amazing! He explained the whole history of Egypt and the Pyramids with a lot of details! He even taught us tips to protect us from other scammers and helped us take many beautiful photos. Our driver Andrew was really nice and polite to us too.

Very bad experience, we had bought the all-inclusive tour and our guide wanted to charge us for everything, we asked for an additional stop at the museum and when we tried to pay for our tickets the guide refused and we thought she was just kind, in the end she asked my husband to pay her again for the entire tour, my husband paid without knowing that everything was prepaid and when I asked her to return the money he did not want to return it, I had to call the agency and they were very rude, the tour guide told them that I did not pay for the extra activity, in the end the agency told him to return the money to me. She did not return the dollars to me, she made the conversion and gave me her money, she refused until the end to return the dollars. At the end she was very kind just for the tip.

I do not know where to start, because many things went wrong. First, I paid a lot of money for this tour to learn about the pyramids and see as much as possible. My tour guide’s English was very poor and the knowledge also questionable. What bothered me, I hired a person to protect me from harassment and I ended up with a person I paid to harass me. First, he made many inappropriate comments. He was embarrassing to be around. He yelled at Chinese people: you China, move! He forced me to use my card to pay for the ticket and said that he does not have a credit card. He harassed me to pay high tips! He told me to pay for the camel $5, when the camel was included! I was mad and refused to ride the camel. He still told me to pay the tip. He took me to dirty places like the aromatherapy, where another guy was inappropriate with his words and wanted $200-800 for cheesy lotions. I ended up paying more than$150 for the tour and was extremely terrified to hire anybody for the next day. Do not use this company. Do not use the guide. This experience ruined the day for me. Hope Viator addresses the issues.

Our guide, Gamal was the best. He was knowledgeable, funny and patient with the kids. Both he and the driver, Mohamed, picked us up from the hotel on time and took us to the Pyramids at our own pace. After our 10 day Egypt trip , having used multiple guides, Gamal was by far the best guide! Shame none of the other guides could match his command of Egyptian history. Highly recommended!

Very nice hours spent on Giza

The guide Aly is very knowledgeable in Egypt History. He can also present the information very well for all ages. We took this trip for my 8yrs old son and Mr Aly was able to introduce him in the history of Giza Pyramids and site. He was also going extra mile and showed us places where not everybody have access as it looks he is a very respected guide and person there. Mr Aly is also a dedicated person in taking pictures and he was able to produce unique memories in the photos he taken for us as a family. The last but not the least, Mr Ahmed - our driver - is also a dedicated person. We did not feel at all at risk in the Cairo traffic, he is not speeding and he also presented us with interesting information about the site we were passing by on our way to Giza. I can say that we were lucky but as a side note, if you select the non-VIP package, even if the vouchers present you with Giza entrance fee included - it is actually not, so just to avoid confusions
