    There was a lot of miscommunication between the resort and what was being offered through viator. For what I paid for the night everything should have been included besides the drinks (alcoholic beverages). I still ended up having to pay for dinner. I brought it to their attention that it was supposed to be included. I even showed them, but they still insisted that the only thing that was included was breakfast. The next morning my boyfriend went to get orange juice and they said we would have to pay if we wanted another juice since they only provided one free drink. they even tried to charge me again for the massages the next morning during check out (included within the price). I had to call customer service and she had to call the owner. It was a big mess. The hot tub out front made a lot of noise from the bubbles but never got hot. The hot water only stayed hot for a few minutes and then the rest of the time it was very cold. Lastly, they had a cat that was roaming around the restaurant area. My boyfriend is allergic to cats and I let them know that but the next morning the cat was still roaming around and it even jumped in one of the other customers lap. The food was amazing and the grounds were beautiful. It was a very cool experience but I wouldn’t stay there again or advise anyone else too.
