Frijoles charros
Beans stewed with onion, garlic, bacon, chili peppers, tomatoes, cilantro, ham, sausage, pork and chorizo. It is served warm, with soupy consistency.
Taco al pastor
Thinly sliced pork meat served into corn tortilla. Marinated in a combination of dried chilies, spices, pineapple, and achiote paste.
Taco de chorizo
Cured, smoked pork sausage which has a deep red color from dried, smoked, red bell peppers and spices such as paprika.

Tour starts with a hotel pick up. If you prefer to reach our meeting point, our guide will meet you in front of Restaurante La Parrilla Yaxchilan, where the tour will start. Our guides wear a red "polo" t-shirt with our Cancun Food Tours logo on it.

Exact pick up times are sent after the booking is completed. We pick up from any hotel in Cancun Area (hotel zone or downtown). From Playa del Carmen and riviera Maya, there's a $20 usd extra cost, payable when picked up. Airbnb are headed to close meeting points.
