Disappointed again!! Only here!!

I showed up with 10 minutes to get aboard I showed the woman my Viator electric ticket and was told to get in the line to but a ticket. After several minutes I watched people going in show their phone to the gentleman at the gate. I immediately went to show him my electronic ticket and he said no! He then turned around and asked if one more as the boat was returning to the dock to let two other gentleman on as the lowered the plank the gentleman at the gate asked again I was less than 50 meters away with my ticket scanned. And the working who let the plank down to allow two others on gestured no to letting me on!! So history of 420 on the ocean I was denied. So no I’m not happy. Viator every where else I have used your service me I have had an awesome time yet the three bookings on three separate occasions in Cartagena 💩💩💩!

What a fantastic experience! The boat was nice and clean, the staff were exceptional and attentive. The music and ambiance was fun! We opted to do the food option and the snacks were delicious. I would highly recommend this excursion. We loved it so much we booked it a 2nd time on our trip! Cheers!

We had a great time on this tour! Everyone was extremely friendly, and our waiter kept the drinks flowing throughout the ride! It was a great way to see the city from the water.

By the time we got to the boat, no more seats available on the top or front outside. Then it docked in the water for about 30 - 40 minutes so we had to keep shifting to other parts to see the sunset. Staff were friendly, especially our server.

Sunset on the Water

Fun way to see Cartagena skyline at sunset. We were definitely in the minority as senior US citizens but we had fun. It was a Friday night so all of the young couples/friends were out for the night ~ fun to watch. Drinks were plentiful and tasty.

Nice views of Cartagena

We try to book a sunset cruise at every new place we visit. Unlimited drinks and food was decent. I gave a 4 star rating because the boat turned back before sunset. I don’t quite understand why. Could be me, but I don’t recommend rum punch. It is nothing like I have ever had.

Great way to end our trip to Cartagena. Staff made sure the drinks kept flowing. They all were happy to pictures. As well as all of the staff joined in on the dancing. Highly recommend. They were not Cheap with the booze!

Good drinks, great views of the city, nice company, and friendly staff! Definitely recommend if you’re visiting Cartagena and considering going on a boat. I get sea sick sometimes and had no problems, the water is really calm and the boat is big enough you don’t feel the waves too much.

Fun boat tour that's short enough to squeeze in at the end of the day

I docked one star because the meeting instructions could be more clear. An address was given, but we had to figure out that we needed to wait in the long line to get into the dock and that we would meet on the inside of the pay-to-enter dock. It can get hectic with the crowds of people and all the vendors trying to sell you things, so a better meeting description would be great. Otherwise, we really enjoyed the boat once we got on it. The staff was friendly and offered good service with the drinks and food. The music was good and we had great views of the sunset. Would definitely recommend.

Aside from the dock fee it was a great experience. Paying for food ahead of time was a good decision. Open bar was great although limited choices. Overall a great experience being on the boat at sunset.

So worth the trip

We had a BLAST!! The food was perfectly cooked, the drinks were ok not much liquor in them but hey they were free so no complaints. As we are American we didn’t understand the $3 translation because I only had USD. They were nice and exchanged my money for me. Once onboard the beautiful boat we drank and we danced!! They played a birthday song for me, gave me more drinks and danced with me lol it was a total Experience for me. Nice atmosphere and the crew was VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL…

Mediocre… but wouldn’t recommend

This was mediocre… it was a nice boat and the staff were friendly but they are selling this as a sunset sail when I’m reality… you are back at the dock before the sun actually sets and the sun sets on the opposite side of the dock so you can’t see it at all. Also, they claim that it’s a food and drink tour but you get 1 drink and food is extra, which would be totally fine but that’s not how it was advertised. It wasn’t terrible but I wouldn’t do it again and I would t recommend someone else to do it.
