      We start with the pick up in air-conditioned transportation at your hotel. You must be patient because traffic is sometimes a problem. We will enjoy a panoramic tour of approximately 45 minutes through the beautiful city of Cartagena until we reach the Barú Peninsula.

      The experience (sunset plankton) was a disaster from the start. 0/ 5. We cannot recommend it to anyone: a 45-minute late pick-up, a transport with 11 adults for two hours was very uncomfortable (we arrived a few minutes before 6 on the beach; we spent 3 hours from the late pick-up; there was no time to enjoy the beach which was filthy, with garbage everywhere including the club where they took us, very bad food in the club that made me sick (I had to take ciproflaxin, an antibiotic), a prostitute working in the "club" who insisted on giving us a massage, even starting on my partner's shoulders after we firmly told her no, an overloaded boat with 24 tourists plus the guide was uncomfortable and dangerous (15 minutes to see the plankton) and in the end, we had to wait for the transport buses with hundreds of other tourists. The guide did not explain anything and left early before assuring that the tourists who came with him had transportation. We arrived in Cartagena at 10:00 p.m. although the tour indicated a return at 8:30 p.m., 90 minutes late. The excursion really did not comply with what was described in it. We feel disappointed and we asked to be reimbursed for the cost of it. We got an apology and nothing more. Meanwhile I'll spend the next few days on antibiotics and always only a few steps away from the nearest restroom. Avoid this tour!

We have conducted additional investigations into possible foodborne illness and have checked days before and after your report, with no evidence of GI symptoms in other people. The beach club has an adequate refrigeration of the products, as well as an appropriate storage and rotation to guarantee the quality of the food. We are committed to addressing the specific issues you have reported and will work to ensure that similar situations do not occur in the future. Your feedback helps us identify areas for improvement and continue to strive to deliver more satisfying experiences for our customers. Again, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you have faced and appreciate your feedback which motivates us to improve and exceed our visitors' expectations.

      El guía muy buena onda y paciente, nos ayudó con muchas cosas y nos explicó detalladamente todo lo que debíamos saber. El beach club estuvo decepcionante, muy sucio. No tenían agua entonces no podíamos usar el unico baño que hay para mujeres, no nos podiamos lavar las manos o enjuagarnos después del mar. Nos cobraron 15% mas de la cuenta y propina porque su terminal no servía y tuvimos que pagar en otro establecimiento. Las toallas estan muy manchadas, también dejan entrar a vendedores que son muy insistentes y molestos. La playa es bonita y el tour de la noche esta increíble.
