Our driver guide is not a touristic guide, so he cannot enter inside the historical places. He will give you information during the trip on the vehicle, before you will go inside. A paper guide will be provided to be used inside the archeological areas.

This’s an amazing trip, the driver Mirko it very calm and very good service person. The trip we visited good value, Taormina it elegant & beautiful. Castelmola smaller town lunch at Caffe S. Giorgio foods very delicious plus almond wine for dessert. Savoca is a small village love the vibes, the godfather movie films here ….. must go to the San Nicola Church, I took the Tuk Tuk car to the church so much fun. Highly recommended for this trip.

Wonderful experience. I strongly recommend it as you can visit stunning places. Taormina is pretty, but Savoca and Castlemola- OMG are breathtaking.

The beauty of Taormina, Savoca and Castelmola was awe inspiring. Lunch was delicious and accommodated dietary issues. The guide was pleasant and pointed out the important sights and details of each city. The driver had excellent driving skills navigating the narrow roadways but he was overly friendly to older single women.

This was an incredible experience thanks to our remarkable tour Guide Floriana (spelling?). She was superb, one of the best tour guides we've ever had! I'd mentioned a love of cats and plants, and she shared so much fun related information about both....and yes I got to pet cats. The views were among the best you will ever see in Italy, stunning and no better way to experience these then with an experienced Driver like our Guide. The added food experiences and tastings made this all the more special. So much more than any of us ever could have anticipated, and so much fun. I was so happy to see we got to taste Modica chocolate (a must try) and delicious almond wine, lunch and more. A must do experience and thank-you so much to our amazing Guide.

Best day tour ever!

Teresa was our guide and she was excellent. The tour actually says the driver is not a guide, just someone to provide transportation. But she far exceeded our expectations. For a young person, she was extremely knowledgeable and provided lots of folklore stories and explanations of what we were seeing. It was our last day of vacation and she (and the tour) made it perfect!

My husband and I took this tour last week with just one other guest, so it was a very small group. We went by minibus to Savoca and loved the little village with its renowned Vitelli Bar where our guide Francesco ordered us granite - so refreshing on a hot day! Francesco was a great guide, with lots of local knowledge and a friendly, informal manner. He drove us on to see the spectacular towns of Castelmola and Taormina, where we had time to wander round at our leisure. We were also treated to a delicious street food lunch during the day, which we all very much enjoyed. I would thoroughly recommend this day out to anyone staying in Catania.

Iorge was our guide. There were 5 people. Iorga was an excellentguide. He was passionate about showing us all the important sites. He also gave us lunch! We really enjoyed Savoca, the most,and Castgelmola, as well. Taormina was very touristy, with shops, mostly, and everything there was very pricey. We just walked through the town and met our guide to leave.

Don’t do this on Saturday

Was interesting seeing three small cities but a lot of time is wasted on the “godfather locale “Taormina is not worth a Saturday visit .. so crowded you can’t move . The lunch was a cute idea with the variations in panini but there should be an actual lunch option. Sitting on the steps of a church isn’t comfortable for most people . What do you do if it rains?We had the fun of watching a wedding in Savoca . Jorge was a very attentive guide and tried to involve everyone which isn’t always easy with a varied group of ages and interests.

Of course, Taormina is one of the most famous cities in Sicily, so during high season, every day of the week, it is normal to find large crowds and a lot of people! If you’d like to enjoy Taormina we suggest you to come back in April or October, when shops are still open and the high season for the tourism is still not started/finished. Moreover, in order to attempt your criticism, We want to clarify some points: The tour runs every day of the week, so it is not our fault that if you decided to join in it on Saturday. As you can see in all our programs, we offer a FREE SNACK in a pic-nic way (not properly a lunch), and anyway you would have you have the opportunity to decide between our snack or one hour of free time to have lunch wherever you want (for example in a restaurant). So much fun with Floriana & Francesco. Fantastic day. My teenage boys enjoyed it as well. Spectacular views, lots of history, and a wonderful picnic. We had plenty of time to shop as well.

UNA EXPERIENCIA DE CINE, HISTORIA Y BELLEZA

La excursión vale mucho la pena. Creo que es buena idea hacerla en grupo pequeño, de 8 personas máximo. TRANSPORTE. Fuimos en una furgoneta Renault, correcta por dentro y por fuera, bastante cómoda y funcional, espacio suficiente para las 8 personas que íbamos dentro. Pero a tener MUY EN CUENTA: Las personas que se mareen con facilidad en un vehículo o incluso si no se marean con facilidad, pueden pasar un mal rato debido a la gran cantidad de curvas existentes en todo el recorrido de la excursión y añadido a la conducción de nuestra guía, una persona amable que te explica todo pero que conduce de manera acelerada y sin delicadeza ninguna. LUGARES VISITADOS. Los tres pueblos resultan auténticas JOYAS, todos tienen su encanto, ideales para hacer fotografías, vídeos, una pausa, un café, una comida y dar un paseo. SAVOCA es historia y Cine, CASTELMOLA es montaña, postal, paz, naturaleza. Y TAORMINA es la guinda del pastel ya que lo tienes todo en uno. PIC-NIC. Creo que la hora del pic-nic fue desacertada, ya que todo empieza a las 08:35 y estas sin comer nada hasta las 14:10 que hicimos ese pic-nic. Y cuando finalizas esa pequeña comida y degustación de vino, entonces es cuando tienes tiempo libre hasta las 16:30 en Taormina, y obviamente es cuando vas a buscar un lugar para comer. Pero ya no tienes hambre, el pic-nic, debería de ser a las 12:00-12:30 y entonces si tiene sentido. Salvo ese tema del horario, estuvo muy rico y variado. CLIMA. Esto no depende de la organización ni de uno, pero tuvimos la gran suerte de disfrutar de un clima perfecto, soleado y cielo despejado. CONCLUSIÓN: Recomiendo la excursión y los 3 lugares que se visitan, recomiendo las personas que nos atendieron y se agradece un grupo reducido para disfrutar más sin agobios. Para mi fue todo casi perfecto, digo casi porque mi mujer lo pasó muy mal en el vehículo, realmente mal y por lo tanto yo también estuve preocupado por ella. Pero salvo ese detalle, tanto ella como yo disfrutamos de la excursión mucho. Recomiendo ir bien desayunado y/o llevar algo para comer por si acaso.
