    A must to do on a Trip to Chicago in the Summer

    This is an mazing thing to do on a trip to Chicago in the Summer time. I have been on this cruise twice now and if I have an opportunity to be in Chicago again between May-September, I would definitely book it again!

    The staff, David was a cut above with his care and concern for the passengers. The night was a big full moon and the weather was perfect. The guests were all happy and enjoyable.

    The firework cruise was nice overall. It was serene and calming to sail up and the river and then onto Lake Michigan. There was a lot of downtime as we waiting to ho to/from the lake.

    Please update the address to specify NORTH Michigan Ave. it doesn’t specify and the coordinates given take you to South. That being said, the experience was amazing. I took my 11 year old daughter and we were both amazed. Chicago at night is simply gorgeous and we saw the fireworks! Would absolutely do this again!!

    Excellent ride out onto the Lake for fireworks and just a nice smooth evening cruise. The scenery was gorgeous. The sunset behind the beautiful Chicago skyline was a perfect way to end the night. Just delightful. K our guide was so informative, perfect for the job!

    We purchased tickets for the Lake Michigan firework show. On the day of the event it was raining very badly . No firework show was performed due to weather conditions. They refused to refund our money even though it says on there advertising if weather permits a full refund will be given. They emailed me saying my refund will not be given back. Beware once they have your money it's a car and mouse game . I had to go through my bank for the refund and file a customer fraud complaint. Due to the fact this company don't live up to there advertised promises. I highly recommend buying your tickets through a different site.

    If I may respectfully disagree with your review, we have not cancelled any fireworks tours. All went out as scheduled and all saw fireworks. The only issue was our July 1 Fireworks Cruises. The City of Chicago changed the times of the fireworks at the last minute. All guests on those tours were either switched to the new departure time or refunded. Otherwise, not sure what fireworks tours your talking about. Perhaps another company?

    we really enjoyed the fireworks cruise last night. Everyone that we were around was in such a good space and we met some new friends. They actually came from the UK and were thrilled to experience Chicago and all that it offers. Had a great time.

    We got stuck next to the wall of a loading dock while the fireworks were going off, the boat was wayyyyyy to over crowded not enough seats for everyone which then forces people to stand for hours,me and my husband came for our anniversary and were extremely disappointed, there was barely any music mostly someone talking the whole time like it was a architecture ride, not fun at all

    I know it might not be 100% under your control, but the company failed to deliver service they promise. Watching firework from Lake Michigan. Instead we never left the Chicago River. Would be nice if company offers some discount for next cruise if it fails to deliver full service.
