Amazing view of the city skyline at sunset and at night. We got the new seasonal menu for dinner, and it was delicious. The DJ & dance floor made the night for me and my friends. It was fun bonding with the rest of the guests on the cruise.

We were here from out of town. We had trouble locating the boat. Then after passing close to $300 for 2 people we also had to pay 37.00 to park. Then we also had an additional $100 bar tab. The whole point of going on this cruise for us was to see the Chicago skyline. When we went out side there was no seating. I don't mind paying if the experience is worth what I'm paying for. The positives were the food was very good and the wait staff was awesome. I would say more direction needs to be provided maybe a parking voucher and some outdoor seating.

Overall, seeing Chicago from the water was amazing! I felt 2 1/2 hours was too long for a dinner for 2, we were freezing, guess we didn't expect it to be that cold inside the boat and would have dressed warmer. However, the experience was amazing, the service was amazing, views were amazing!

so i gave 1 star because there’s no “0” to review this place.. so first of all this booking it was to celebrate 10year of marriage and 2 days before they cancelled and send me like 4 emails that i didn’t even get to see because on the app says everything was good.. so we booked a hotel on the “sable” navy pier so we can be there.. you guys ruined our celebration and it’s not fun , just got my money back and that’s it orrible experience, don’t book in this place please

Food was marginal. Service was good. Directions were poor, no details as to boat name. Crew was very nice and professional. Rough waters. (Not their fault but made trip unpleasant.) Disappointing overall as we were cancelled at the last minute for a sit down dinner cruise and had to settle for this buffet style cruise.

The food was delicious and the service is good. Desserts are too sweet. The main problem: We are tourists who come to Chicago from other state. After booking the boat tickets online, we found that the meeting point was not clear, and we couldn't find the name of the boat. We searched back and forth at the pier several times. Spent our almost an hour to find the name of the cruise ship. Fortunately, we arrived early, otherwise we would not be able to catch the boat. What's more, it was supposed to end at 9 o'clock, but it ended at 8 o'clock. my suggestion, after the tickets booked, the visitor should receive an email and notified the name of the boat for that certain day.

The experience was excellent in these areas: the food, the dj/music, the crew and the view. The price was also reasonable for a group of 8 people. These are what made it only a 3 star experience: the bathrooms were very dirty. The cruise didn’t leave the dock until 4:45pm and returned at the dock by 6:30pm. They advise customers to arrive 30 minutes prior to the 4:30pm departure and it was advertised as 2.5-3 hours trip. Being inside the cruise took less than 2 hours so it felt like a really short trip. The dancing started after they served the desert so only took 45 minutes so it wasn’t enough.

I’ve seen horrible reviews. Decided to book because my aunt was here in Chicago celebrating her 70th birthday. Traffic was horrible and we went to about 4-5 boats before we actually found the one we were suppose to board. We stood there while the boat was pulling off. We missed the cruise. The planner is deceptive! 2.5 hours is a whole lie. They left at 4:30 and was back before 6:30. We waited for our family to return. They said the food was horrible. While waiting we talked to several people who also missed the cruise. Talked to staff at Navy Pier and they said that this happens in a regular. It’s ridiculous! Never again I can tell you that much. Do not book with them! Directions are terrible as well.

“Most memorable” parts of the experience: The city skyline after dark and getting off the boat. Seating was disappointing. Table for two and we were put away from window. Most window tables were set for four. Food was fair. (Went to Shake Shack afterwards.) Staff pleasant. Music was obnoxious (but we are older). Few danced even though probably 90% of patrons were younger - twenties to forties. Maybe ten couples over fifty. Alcohol purchases constantly pushed and very expensive. Heard “Get your liquid courage” at least twenty times from DJ. We ate quickly and then escaped to the top deck to wait it out. City skyline was gorgeous and worth the price, but wish we had tried another sunset lake cruise we found out about later. Bit classier. Bring sweater for evening breeze. Go early to find dock - instructions very vague. Long walk that ended up being unnecessary if had been clear and aggravated past injury to husband’s foot. Cabs afterwards were off meter and flat rate - high and availability dependent on “where you are going.” So plan.

People are not dress for the occasion. It was too casual. Food was good. DJ was loud and only with bebop for a long time wish had nice music over dinner like better sound choices.

The buffet had a good selection. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary. Our waitress was absolutely horrible. Ordered drinks right away. Never got them. Even after asking again about them. Always had an excuse but not sorry. We gave up.
