A most frustrating experience. Skydeck is amazing, however, this tour is a false advertisement. First off, customers are led to believe that they are really going to dine at the glazed verandas, when in fact no, so, this is misleading, just to start with. Tables are set meters away from the glazed porches, and that can be really frustrating. One can go at the verandas at any time, though, but it definitely would have been infinitely more interesting if one could actually have dinner sitting at the veranda, exactly as they make you believe you will, judging from the photos. In addition to that, no souvenir whatsoever, so be sure to make your own, because not even a greeting photo is taken, which would have been a nice touch. We went to a dinner cruise in Lake Michigan and the first thing they do before they get you to your table at the boat is take some photos of you and then sell them to you in a nice franing, so that you can bring home a really cool souvenir. Last, but not least, the pizza they served had something in it that made both my mother and I sick. We are pretty sure that we felt sick the next day because of it, making us stay at the hotel and miss out some other scheduled tours, so, just beware...
