Not great. You get 1 hour from landing time to meet driver. No accommodation if there is an issue with luggage. I would not use this service agsin.

Dear William, we are in high season and we can't do last-minute amendments. Our drivers have another request after your drop-off if we delay one driver the next customer has a no-show, plus the airline or the airport can send your luggage to your hotel later.
