Service was late and my customer was transferred in a taxi rather than the private car transfers that was booked. The phone number on the voucher did not answer after multiple attempts.

The transfer was late. The driver mixed up the times. The transfer was a taxi and not the private car transfer that I had booked. I attempted to contact the company to find out where the transfer was and the phone number rang out on multiple occasions. I will not be booking transfers gain with Viator.

Nobody showed up to pick us up at the airport. After we pick up our luggage we went straight out but no icy was there. We called the operator and they said he left. We want refund. This is Terrible. We end up taking 2 taxi. I gave them our iterinary thru should have checked before the driver left

Dear Customer , Our chauffeur was at the airport at the given arrival time mentioned by you . Our driver waited for more than the free waiting time which is 45 mins. Our local office informed us before sending the driver to the airport that the flight details were incorrect, and no flight was showing. But we still sent the car as we would not get through to you. We have even submitted the proof online that the driver was there.

Never pick us up. We waited for 30 minutes then call but we received an answers that the phone number was out of service. We had to take a taxi to the hotel.

My plane was scheduled to arrive at 6 PM. We were delayed and arrived at 6:20. The driver waited from 6:10 to 6:40 and left. We got our luggage and entered the arrival area at 7. No driver. We took a taxi.

Plane was late. Never saw or heard from the driver. Don't know if he was ever at the airport, but we had to take a cab to our hotel. You are losing business as I will not use your service in the future.

Extremely sorry to hear that, july is the most busiest season for us so if the customer dont arrive withing a given period drivers leave for other bookings because july is the most overbooked season for us.
