Dear customer, we are sorry to hear that your dining experience was not to your liking, but we would like to clarify a few points. Of course we spoke with the experienced guide to see what happened, as we found this review strange, given the excellent comments we have from all guests. The guide told us that you did not like the food, that you even threw away some of the tastings. You did not want to eat the Smorrebrod (the star dish of the tour) because you had tried it before. You wanted to cut the tour short because you had a dinner at a Michelin star restaurant, so you wanted to have room in your stomach. Surprisingly one of the stops was closed, without prior notice, but the guide as always managed to find an alternative with the same tasting. She mentioned that you were always in a hurry, and that you changed your mood because you didn't like the food. Many interesting topics were discussed during the tour.
