What a great day exploring the life of Paul in Ancient Corinth!

We had a fabulous day with Peter exploring the sites together. Peter was very knowledgeable and our ride to and from Athens and throughout the day was so comfortable. We learned of the ancient life in Corinth and the importance of Paul’s ministry there. It’s incredible to be able to be able to journey these steps as they give you more context to better understand Paul’s ministry. We had a delicious lunch overlooking some of the Ancient ruins and treats and refreshments from Peter. Peter was very thoughtful, caring and a wealth of information. It was the best way to start our time in Greece. Thank you so much Peter!

Ancient Corinth and the Biblical sites of the Apostle Paul

Giorgos was an excellent driver and provided historical information about the Corinth Canal and the Apostle Paul’s time in Athens and Corinth. We were able to see so much in less time if we had taken a similar bus tour. Although he did not accompany us at the ticketed sites, he allowed us as much time as we wanted and answered many of our questions. He was our official photographer at many of the places which we appreciated. Giorgos chose a wonderful restaurant for lunch with a beautiful view on the Aegean Sea before driving back to Athens. Thank you for a wonderful day Giorgos!

Walking Paul's footsteps in Corinth was an eye opening experience. It helped to bring the scriptures to a fuller colour. Our driver was helpful and friendly and explained well the history of the different sites.

We loved our tour! Ioannis was extremely knowledgeable on biblical history and we felt like we were in a Bible class. He was kind to pick us up some biscuits for the long drive to Corinth from Piraeus port and had waters as well. He was kind, funny and we would definitely recommend this tour. Great sites, lots of knowledge and was a great connection to what we’ve read and seeing it.

I am in seminary and I learned a lot on this tour. It really helped me gain perspective and enhanced my understanding. Tas was a fun guide and knew a lot about Paul and his hometown of Corinth. Tas was an amazing tour guide, just back from his off season we were his first biblical tour of the year. He did not skip a beat. Almost felt like he was there during the times he spoke of being so knowledgeable and passionate. Our guide and driver Yannis was excellent. My wife and I were alone on this tour in a very comfortable van. Yannis was Polite, attentive, and very knowledgeable about St. Paul’s journeys, especially in the Corinth area. He was more than willing to take the time to answer all our questions and shared with us many things we were not aware of (or forgot) and we consider ourselves to be devout active Roman Catholic 😁.Yannis shared so much with us we hope we can remember it all.

Our guide, Peter, besides being a kind and friendly guide, he was a wealth of knowledge concerning every stop we made during the day plus everything you would want to know about Ancient Greek history and Saint Paul. During the day we saw everything on the agenda plus a couple of extra stops to see some hidden gems that Peter suggested. We were lucky to have a guide who was from the Corinth area that knew of these places. Overall, it was a wonderful day and well worth our time. If you want to get out of Athens, and experience something different, this is the tour. Thanks Peter for a wonderful and memorable day.
