    Cancellation Policy

    You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

    • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
    • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
    • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
    • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

    The Cozumel Experience

    The whole tour was very nice and well worth the money. We got to tour the island in dune buggies, seeing the beautiful coastal views. We were able to experience Mayan culture with a very experienced guide at the place where we sampled tequila, homemade chocolate, and tortillas. Finally we went to Chankanaab where we enjoyed a tasty lunch and snorkeled along the reefs. Our guide, George, even was kind enough to drive us to our hotel afterwards. It was a lovely day!

    These guys left us on the road with no to little warning and not giving any other option. I do not recommend it.

    Hello Rajendra, We are very sorry about your bad experience, but we did not leave you on the road with no warning. When you showed up for the tour, it turned out that you could not drive stick shift vehicles and declined to participate on the tour. Trying to assist you, I personally offered you automatic cars with A/C, but you also declined such offer. Unfortunately, we could not no do anything else for you as you refused any sort of help from us. Respectfully yours, Moises Loeza

    This was an excellent tour. We got to see many sights. We visited beautiful beaches and were able to stop at various places to take pictures. Lunch was delicious at the beach. Tour guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. We enjoyed our tour will do again.
