    Do not recommend this company. The dune buggys are not safe!! We got in an accident due to failed brakes on blue buggy or brake lights on tour operators car after he short stopped at a speed bump causing the collision. Two family members injured and still no refund. We were only ten minutes into the excursion. Find another buggy company.

    Hello Michael, We are forced to disclosure what happened during your tour. Unfortunately, you did not keep the minimum safety distance between vehicles causing that you crashed into the Buggy in front of you. The Buggys breaks work just fine. All our vehicles undergo a constant maintenance program and go out every day on Tours. It is clear that you don't want to accept your lack of precaution or attention as the cause of the incident by stating that breaks failed OR break lights. You are not entitled to a refund, as the tour could easily continue, but you refused by being "scared" after causing the collision. It is also worth to mention that nobody in your party was injured and that is another argument to excuse your responsibility in the incident. Respectfully yours, Moises Loeza

    Not great customer service

    Our cruise was late arriving in port so we telephoned to say we would be late but was told to come straight there when we could. On arrival at the office there was nobody there. About 15 minutes later a man arrived and said we had missed the tour which we understand was our fault for being late. He said there was no other tour available that day and nothing he could do. As we were about to leave, another couple were asking about a tour and the same man said there were no tours but they could have a buggy for $120 hire and they could have a map and go themselves. We asked if we could have that option instead as we had paid $178 already but he said no, we would have to pay again which we couldn’t understand. They obviously just wanted to take more money.

    Hello Louise, We are very sorry that you missed your tour with us by arriving late, but our records show that your cruise ship arrived on time. While we always do our best to accommodate any of our Guests running late, if you still show up extremely delayed (even if you call), we can't hold the departure if we have other Participants signed; as it's a total lack of respect, making others wait, when they showed up on time. The reason why you could not be offered to have a rental vehicle as you mentioned, it's due to the fact that your seats on the tour were guaranteed and not sold to other paying Customers. Getting you a rental car to be used instead of the tour, it's like if you miss a flight and then ask to be placed on another plane without paying, when other tickets clearly have an additional cost. Being said that, it is worth to mention that our business is not making money out of no show Participants, but if you miss a departure for any attraction anywhere else in the world, you are not provided with another service for free as a compensation.     It was a bit hard to find the location at first the taxi cab drivers were confused however after we called it was just outside the cruise terminal Alan was amazing he took us all around the island and ensured we were back on time we only giving 4 stars as one of the buggies kept losing power so some maintenance is needed there and it stated on viator that there was an option for automatic drive buggy but there wasn't

    Was a very nice ride. Took us to the tequila factory where they showed us how they make the drink and the plants they use. It was very educational. Rode around town and got to see the nice crystal blue and turquoise beaches. Got to stop at a beach and enjoyed the afternoon with lunch included. Very adventurous and fun day.

    Buggies are not and are standard shift but run good. Guide Jorge was very good, attentive and helpful. Tequila tasting was excellent stop on the tour. Would recommend

    This was an amazing trip. George was great and super friendly. The snorkeling pictures were a nice surprise. Had to pay for them of course but we got a ton of them for cheap. Excellent tour of the Island. We highly recommend it. Don’t forget the sunscreen.

    Had an amazing time being led by our tour guide Allen. This excursion was very personable and we had a good time seeing Cozumel as well as having lunch at a resort and snorkeling. Would highly recommend

    Great tour! Dune buggy was a bit dated and had trouble shifting gears. Guide made us wait an hour to start our tour. Lunch was fajitas or quesadillas which were good! Snorkel very fun too. Took us to lots of scenic spots too
    All the buggy’s are stick shift

    Tour was amazing .The food at the beach club was delicious . Wish I knew how to drive a stick shift I could of drove myself around the island .

    The trip to The beach was great. There was a substantial lunch and we had several choices between fajitas and quesadillas. Drinks for an up charge The other stops where people were trying to sell us something we’re not as great.
