We are located a few hundred feet off of US 19 in Crystal River on NE 1st Street. We have free parking available and we shuttle you to our launch area which is 1/2 mile away. YOU ARE REQUIRED TO ARRIVE 30 MINUTES BEFORE THE DESIGNATED START TIME OF YOUR TOUR. NO REFUNDS IF YOU ARRIVE LATE FOR TOUR

Excellent service and friendly staff. Big shout out to Kylie!! She's been working at this facility for 1 month and I thought it was her family business. She is extremely knowledgeable, down to earth and made the whole family experience fun. Also, my daughter who is very petite for her age, was able to sit with Kylie on her paddle board. Thank you Kyle and staff members for a great day on the water.

Bach Disaster Turned Amazing

I’m gonna be honest, I made a huge mistake and booked my entire bachelorette party for a tour on the wrong day and (obviously) we missed it. After a brief moment of panic, I called Shawna and she, the owner, and Josh turned my panic into magic. The stars luckily aligned and they hooked us UP. Josh was so knowledgeable of the area and the wildlife, got us some amazing pictures, and it’s a day we will all remember and cherish forever. Thank you so so much to the staff at Paddles Outdoor Rentals and Tours!!

Eli was hands-on and friendly. Very easy going and informative. All of the staff were super friendly, helpful, and attentive to safety and fun! My daughter and I had so much fun and would definitely do this again on the next trip to FL!

Josh was my tour guide on a very cold day. He was helpful and knowledgeable and made sure I saw lots of wildlife beyond the amazing manatees. He also recommended a visit to the nature preserve/hospital on the way back which was also above expectations. Would definitely recommend this company

The weather was beautiful as well as the springs. It was so fun kayaking and then jumping into the refreshing water. I was bummed that there were no Manatees, but overall, it was a lot of fun

It is not manatee season until mid November but the manatees are just now starting to come back to the early with our latest cold front that just came through. Please come back to visit us again and possibly take our Swim With Manatees Tour :)

Our tour guide, Kate, was wonderful. The check in process was efficient and professional. The staff is positive & courteous (which is difficult to find nowadays). They thought of everything! Waterproof iPhone pouches, last minute drinks. Instructional videos… it is a very organized company. I was impressed. The photo package was definitely worth it, Kate took photos & videos that I never could have captured! My only complaint has nothing to do with the company, we wish we had seen more manatees.

Unfortunately for you, it is not manatee season in September and the manatees usually do not start showing back up in larger numbers until the end of October or early November. Whenever the weather turns colder, that's when we start seeing a whole lot more manatees :)

Take the swimming tours vs just kayaking!

They are well organised, work hard at taking care of each client’s individual needs and offer great information. Even though I am a seasoned kayaker, it was great getting to know the area and eco information. We knew the likely hood that we wouldn’t see manatees because it was not the season - but the three springs and the swimming were awesome. Much better than just kayaking! There is no need to have a clear bottom boat. I will do this again during manatee season.

Aviator is a 3rd party. They do not know the area. I asked which tour would I get the best Manatee experience. Never told me that they are not there until Nov - March.. You can book local and get correct info.

It is not a long drawn our explanation on Tripadvisor since they only give so much space but it is definitely on there when manatee season is. Please try to come back during manatee season and take a swim tour. You will have a blast!

The springs were gorgeous. The shop and guide were also great. Whole process was simple, and the shop was accommodating when I accidentally booked paddle boards instead of kayaks. 100% recommended both, this rental company and three sisters springs.

The water and area was beautiful. Water is pleasantly cool for the time of year. Would recommend summer time if you can't tolerate cold temperatures.

Unbelievable Mr. Avneet Gupta. I’m very surprised by your review. First off, you showed up late for your tour by 30 minutes. instead of turning you away, our staff called me to see if there was something we could do for you. Then I, the owner, PERSONALLY CALLED TO LET YOU KNOW I WAS GOING TO LET YOU USE RENTALS INSTEAD. My employees felt so bad for you that they took the time to call me, and in return, you call them racist?!?!?! THEY TRIED TO HELP YOU EVEN THOUGH YOU SHOWED UP 30 MINUTES LATE FOR YOU TOUR!!!!!! This is how you thank us?!?!? You give a one star review and call us racist?!?!? I could have said no, and you would have been out your money and no tour. Have a great day and please don’t ever return to our business.

Three sisters spring is incredibly beautiful. The water is refreshing and we even saw a manatee in the river when we docked our boards! Paddle boarding was so fun and the guide was great.
