In an outdoor activity, the amount of food should be as much as the human body needs to replace the lost energy as well as to provide as much energy as is required to continue the activity, but without burdening the digestive system, since the meal is offered after 65% of the way has been covered.
There is always more food for those who wish it and for this reason we ask our guests if they would like additional food.

The duration of the excursion has been studied and designed for the abilities of a beginner, but it can be adjusted according to the abilities of all participants.
The groups of participants never exceed 20 people per excursion in order to provide a safe and comfortable experience.
