    Das schlechteste was ich je erlebt habe

    Ich rate jedem von dieser Tour ab!!! Gebucht war eine private Nachtsafari ab 20Uhr. Diese wurde ca. 45 Minuten vor Beginn durch das durchführende Unternehmen abgesagt und um 2 Tage verschoben. Damit waren wir einverstanden. Am Tag der Durchführung wurde der Startzeitpunkt auf 14 Uhr verlegt und so wurde einfach aus einer Nachtsafari eine Sonnenuntergangs Safari gemacht - nur - nichts Sonnenuntergang in der Wüste!!! Aus gebuchten 4 Stunden wurden 3 Stunden und 15 Minuten - als wir wieder im Hotel waren schien die Sonne noch!!! Aber es geht noch schlimmer, vom Fahrer oder Guide fehlte jegliche Kommunikation - es kam immer nur: „wir sind jetzt da und da und in 15 bis 20 Minuten geht es weiter. Der mit gebuchte Kamelritt beschränkte sich auf 5 Minuten im Kreis. Das Ganze gipfelte dann auf der Rückfahrt darin, dass der Fahrer sich permanent bei ca. 100 km/h mit seinem Telefon beschäftigte um ihm zugesendete Videos (mit Ton) zu schauen. Leider brachte auch die in Nachgang mit dem Veranstalter geführte Kommunikation kein Ergebnis. Es tut mir leid - aber für den Preis einer privaten Tour, die weit ab von privat und dem was im Katalog bzw. der Leistungsbeschreibung steht, ist- kann und will ich weder Verständnis aufbringen, noch eine Empfehlung aussprechen. Ich hätte zumindest eine anteilige Rückerstattung des Rechnungsbetrages erwartet - da diese Tour nicht ansatzweise das hält was sie verspricht. Doha - Mittwoch, 27.03.2024 M.W.

    Dear Michael, We're sorry you did not quite enjoy the experience. The guide followed the itinerary and tour description and made sure you have all experiences included in the tour, and you did. The only reason the tour finished early is because you asked to get you back to the hotel earlier and the driver had to coordinate it with the supervisor to adjust the tour schedule and get you back earlier than expected, it was all your choice. And it's forbidden to tour this area at night, therefore we offered you 2 pm start time, which you agreed upon. You could have cancelled the tour if it did not work for you, but it was your decision to keep the tour and start at 2 pm. As for the partial refund - we actually did it right after you asked. The guide made sure you have all experiences included in tour, picked you up in time, took care of your safety throughout all tour and did his best to ensure you have good memories on tour. We're sorry you still did not enjoy it. Even the partial refund was not enough for you. We are sorry you felt that way. Please let us know if there's anything else we can do for you.
