    Average aquarium, but worth a visit for Joe the croc

    The aquarium is not really worth the money because you can see it all from the Mall itself. The underwater zoo however is good. It had some species that I had never seen. It isn’t that big though so it won’t take you too long. Joe the croc is pretty spectacular at 6 meters long!

    I was not able to use this ticket in the entrance because the way that you send me a ticket they don’t accept it so still I’m wearing for return my money ? because J never used the ticket and in order to be able to enter , I had to buy a new ticke.

    Extremely disappointed. Was basically dumped at entrance and made to find the attraction ourselves. The attraction was ok. Only given 21/2 hours before we were picked up. Also problem finding pick up point. In my opinion not worth the £180 I paid.

    The acquarium is beautiful, but there is litteraly no point to pay 40$ per person when the most of it is available for free to everyone. Ticket only allows you to go through the runner which is yes, nice, but not nicer than what u see from the outside. Just walk by and enjoy the beauty of the wall from the outside, no need to pay an expensive tkt for a tunnel and a 5 mins experience.

    It was one of the best trips that we have planned. The Aquarium and Underwater Zoo in Dubai Mall. We could spend also time for shopping. Its was nice to walk in the dome

    The Aquarium is definitely a must see. I would recommend the VIP pass which includes a boat ride on the aquarium as well as access to the zoo.

    Wow, it was just incredible! I couldn't believe my eyes! The place was absolutely amazing! It was so well-organized and unbelievably clean. The reception was flawless and they made sure everyone felt at ease. Everything was simply outstanding! I can't stop raving about it!

    Thus is a must go at dubai as ypu wpuld probably be gpong to dinai mall and burj khalifa. The activity would takearound 2 hours to complete the seaworld and the under water species. Giving it a 3 out of 5 as now there is sea world at abu dhabi whoch you may want to go to as it is wuite huge.

    A good trip, but it can be very busy. It only lasted around 45 minutes for us but great fish and animals
    It was okay. Not bad, but was expecting a little more.

    Go during the evening. I think with the lights it may have been a little more exciting. But it was nice to see and the experience was different.

    Cannot comment on the venue as due to illness on that day we were unable to make it. The reason for the 1 star is more against Viator who have been totally unhelpful and unsympathetic. Refused a refund and refused to allow us to move to another date despite having paid the money up front. Will be happy to retract this review if they at least apologised and offered a partial refund!!
