What a fast elevator to go on the 125th floor, we reached the speed of 3 floors per second, incredible. The top terrace is great as well.

Just going to the top of the tallest building in the world was exciting to me! It’s a beautiful building ! That was the first reason I came to Dubai, to go to the top of the Burj Khalifa!!

Too expensive seeing we didn't find the group There was no one at the meeting point other tous were easy to find not this one as we had paid for our tickets when we went up to the counter they were able to look up my name & give us our tickets. The queue was very short could have done it on the day for a fraction of the price

Bad directions

The communication was very fast but very poor. We were told repeatedly to ask the dubai help desk for help or security but they had no idea what smart royal tours was trying to tell us. The directions should state: You are buying a ticket to access VIP entry to At The Top. You should go directly to the main desk of the attraction. No one will meet you. Enjoy! We waited 45 minutes for a guide who never showed up. Turns out the guide is provided by the Burj Khalifa staff, not the tour company. Enjoy the experience of the building but don't use Royal Smart Tours.

Well worth a visit

Getting up to the observation deck at Burj Khalifa is no fun at all. Once you're admitted there is at least an hour of trudging through long lines just to get to the elevator. There was air conditioning but not enough and there was no fresh air during the wait. This part would be challenging to anyone older, pregnant, or with young children. The view from up high is something I'll never forget and best of all was how stable the structure is. Unlike most skyscrapers, I felt no swaying at all despite the high floor. Watching the sun go down was beautiful as well. It was lovely despite the discomfort involved in getting there.

On top of the world! Breathtaking views and we even had a free VIP upgrade to level 148 which included tra/coffee and cookies with a guided tour

The view was magnificent but the line was really long and I was standing for a hour!! Also I assumed I paid for the top floor but it was only for the 124th floor. They told me I had to pay extra to go to the highest floor but I was already tired from waiting so long inline!

Our booking slot was 1030. It was extremely busy on arrival. After a 45 min wait we were up the top in a few seconds! Views were spectacular!

It was awesome!!! My husband and I were in awe the entire time. Starting for the intrest to the elevator, to the top!! It was amazing!!!! The only thing we didn't like. Was some of the tourists were rude and pushy.

Overall, it was a cool experience. There’s not much to do except just go to the top and enjoy the views. I bought a few postcards and stamps and they had a mailbox that you can send from there. Lots of cool photo opportunities. I’m glad I didn’t spend extra to go to the very top. Going 125 was good enough.

disappointing experience for the money

overall this was disappointing. long wait times to get up and down the elevators, long walk from the Metro to the start of the experience. very crowded on the viewing platforms and poor visibility. it’s so hazy and polluted that you can’t even see the Burj al Arab or the Palm. and the price of the pictures they take of you are extortionate

Not the top, 2/3 of the tower only. Yes the view is wonderful but still it is not the top of the building. I also expected a glass terrace. Another problem is that there are way too many guests at the same time.
