Terrible experience

Terrible experience . Went to Dubai and went to pull up my tickets at the event which was confirmed and paid for months in advance to find out they canceled the day before for no reason. I called and they gave me some bs excuse and told me there was no other tickets available for that day. I went straight to building and was able to get tickets for cheaper and for that same day. I will never use Viator again!

We went on NYs eve at 4.30pm. The day was a bit foggy but you could still get good views. I'm not keen on heights but I made myself do it!

This is a must when you visit... the views were simply AMAZING!!!! The only negative thing I have to say the gift shop was over priced $75 for a picture. But other than that please visit

Ok but wouldn't go again

Getting to the top was organised, but coming back down was not, people jumping queue. There was a simulation but wasn't working or if it was there was no one to ask how to use it.

Though pre-booked at 7.30 pm slot with confirmation ,was made to shift at 8pm. However we checked in at 7.15pm. Hype?

Dubai view at night from top of 124th floor was amazing. Lights around was also marvelous. Had pre-booked tickets and was confirmed at 7.30pm. When downloading tickets it was not confirmed and was asked to consider for 8pm slot. Though we checked in at 7.15 slot with no difficulty. Is it a marketing gimmick? Really got confused.

This was a scam Booked for 7:00 and they confirmed. Got their and they said it was for 930. They never contacted me backed and 930 was too late for me. Burj Khailfa they told me the 700 time slot was sold out the day before

On the sales advert it’s says guaranteed to skip the queues! We waited an hour an Half to get in the lift with my elderly parents in a queuing system with no aircon. I questioned this and they said oh it’s in the small print that it’s not a fast track pass and it was my mistake, they also said there is no fast track in yet 30-40 people pushed though a separate lane. Read the advert before you pay! Once we arrived to the top it was amazing but the getting to that point was hard work and in my opinion ruined the experience.

Good buy, just make sure you go during off peak hours. This time is around 10 am to about 130 pm. The line gets very long around 4pm. I mean it’s a nice view but not worth sitting there for hours s upon hours. It will end up being a waste of a day if you do .

I have had a positive experience with Holidayys.com. I contacted the vendor days ahead of my trip. I received a response in no-time to my question. I received my vochers via WhatsApp the day before my tour as promised. My vouchers were negotiable and I enjoyed my tour of the Burj Khalifa. It's a must see in Dubai. The architecture is magnificent. The light show at night is beautiful.

Good experience, but you don’t need a tour company

Overall good experience but the tour guide could have at least reiterated that a physical ticket has to be retrieved at the counter not assume that all customers understand that e-ticket isn’t automatic entry: Don’t expect to be welcomed or guided by someone on this. You take yourself there and do as you please so that’s no difference between booking here and booking at the Bhurj Khalifa directly. No need for a tour agsncy to book this.

Bad experience.

I booked the tickets via viator and when i got to the counter, my tickets weren't actually booked although money had been taken from my account. It caused great stress to me and my family members and had to buy new tickets. I am still waiting for the viator to refund my money back and have not heard anything back. I would not recommend booking from this website.
