My husband and I were so very pleased with our private driver and how well he worked with us in making our day trip to Abu Dhabi a wonderful and enlightening experience. He was proactive by purchasing tickets for us in advance to minimize the wait time to different sites. He was prompt in picking us up from our hotel, the vehicle was nice and clean, and he provided bottled water. He was knowledgeable and helpful in making this a wonderful day trip. I will highly recommend this trip and his service.

Grand mosque and the Emirates Palace , both excellent. Lunch was a little disappointing, buffet style and not great . We skipped Heritage museum and date factory as weather was awful . Abu Dhabi looks very nice from what we saw .

My husband & I had an amazing experience at the mosque. I would recommend this tour because you need to see it in person to truly appreciate it's majesty. You will need to wear proper attire, but don't worry, you can purchase it there for about $20 American dollars. We ate at an amazing buffet--I tried camel, it tasted like roast beef. We walked around the presidential palace, which was magical. However, the museum is a set-up--I thought I was going to learn about culture & history, but it was very similar to the souk--my guide at the museum only tried, very relentlessly, to sell us jewerly and rugs. Other than the museum, we enjoyed our day.

Driver an hour late for pick up. Was supposed to be a private tour, paid double for this, and two others in the car, I reconfirmed twice and did a chat about private. He pulled over another truck and tried to squeeze them into it so we said let them stay with us. Stops were designed to get us to shop at over priced places. Museums were only more shopping and we couldn’t get into the only real one the Louvre. Driver was sick also. He was nice and funny good tour guide overall but was unwell. Now we are all sick.

Ali was a great guide. This is a full day so pretty busy. I’ve been here before but my travel partner had not so she got to see a fair bit. The date market was interesting, talking to the vendors. The only thing I found, the Mosque, while yes, we got to see it, personally, having been there before, I found I appreciated it more on a tour where I had a guide take me thru and with more time. Only as they can tell you all the meanings, stores behind the building ect ect. But overall, yes it was a good tour especially if you have limited time in Dubai.

As already written and shared three times, we originally booked a private tour but then, once the car and the guide arrived at the hotel, we found out that there were 3 more pax and, moreover, that we would have been deserved the last row in the back of the SUV At this point we decided to leave the tour and WE EXPECT FULL REFUND FOR IT As said, this is the third time we are asking for it. I hope this time the request can be taken into consideration, thank u

Our guide Inam was great. He was very thorough and knowledgeable on all the subjects which interested us and gave us excellent tips on how we could get the most out of the places we saw. He arrived on time in the morning and ended the day when we were ready to finish. He was an excellent and safe driver and made every effort to ensure our comfort and enjoyment of the tour. I would recommend him as a guide without hesitation. While our guide exceeded our expectations, I was less than impressed with the communication with the company offering the tour. We had questions about PCR tests and other logistics and despite many efforts to contact them through Viator they did not respond to any of our communication. We got a PCR test on our own out of an abundance of caution and it was very much necessary to go into all the places we were seeing. When I questioned the company about this and did not get an answer, this was vital information which they did not pass on to us and could have had a very poor outcome for our day had we not taken the initiative ourselves to get tested.

Dishonest, difficult to get a hold of, lack of effort- not a professional tour company

I booked this tour about a week ago. 2 days before the tour’s start, I reached out over email and Viator to confirm a few details- would a covid test be required from Dubai, confirm pick up location, etc. I even called the listed # several times- no answer. I followed up- probably 3-4 times in total- finally resorted to what’s app and got a response within the 24 hour cancellation window. The only response was “we do not provide covid tests” which was not even my question, nor fit it answer any of the other 3 questions I had asked. Unfortunately because I originate from a non-“green list” country, we are not able to go at all. The description listed was not clear, and the lack of communication when trying to confirm is nothing short of unacceptable. Worse yet, when I specifically called out the tour operator for lack of response being the reason why we weren’t able to figure any of this out before the 24 hour cancellation window, he basically was like “not my problem.” I have done probably 50+ Tours with Viator alone- never have I had an operator be this non responsive and unhelpful. Just plain difficult to get a hold of or speak to. It is evident this is a sham company run by one guy on the side as a kind of side hustle- NOT A PROFESSIONAL OPERATION. Do not expect much effort at all. I was fortunate to be able to resolve this with Viator and obtain a favorable result despite this operator’s lack of professionalism. Wouldn’t surprise me if he purposely waited until the free cancellation ran out to respond. I would not recommend this experience to anyone. Buyer beware- you have been warned.

The driver was a nice man who pickup us at Hotel on time. He re-arranged for the route starting from Ferrari world and the last stop at Sheikh Zayed Mosque to avoid crowds in rush hour. He also introduced us to have lunch buffet at Arabic restaurant for our first taste of Arabic food. Special thanks to his kindly arrangement in the whole trip. It was an amazing experience in Abu Dhabi.

Good driver but unacceptable vehicle and very rude Manager of the local provider company

After several reminders regarding a Sedan for the private tour, and rejecting the SUV that was provided initially (and that too at a time which was earlier than agreed time of 9:30AM), the vehicle that was provided an hour later by the Manager of the local tour provider was a minivan, which was still not proper for a handicapped guest with walking disability. However, the driver tried to be as accommodating as possible after the said Manager was unwilling to replace the vehicle, almost ready to cancel the booking with NO REFUND!

We had a fantastic time on the Tour of Abu Dhabi. Our guide was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. He had lived in the UAE for sometime and told us a lot of good information. His driving professionalism was good as well. I would recommend this tour for anyone who wants to get a flavour of Abu Dhabi
