You need to exchange that voucher for Entrance ticket in the City walls Dubrovnik office, located at the beginning of street "Široka ulica" (second door at the right side when entering the street from Stradun).

DO NOT USE: STEALS YOUR MONEY!

DO NOT USE: When you get there they tell you that the tickets are not useable at the gate and you will have to buy a new one. Not to mention, they’re cheaper at the gate. Then when you request a refund because you’re tickets were not useable they tell you “all sales are final” WASTE OF MONEY!

Great experience , a little tricky to understand the ticket

Loved the experience of walking the walls, but I found the ticket was a bit complicated to use . Had to find a different entry point and redeem only in a certain place. The emails sent also did not have the ticket info and that was also confusing.

Getting the tickets went smoothly . This is a must see attraction . We only walked the wall with no guide but enjoyed every minute of the beautiful sights. Do not miss walking the wall !

The walls are a worthwhile experience but buying tickets online is a waste of time and money. The website confusingly advised a printed ticket was necessary and elsewhere that e-tickets were accepted. This was not the case. Not having access to a printer, when I got the emailed voucher I then had to travel to Lapad - a bus ride or 30min walk - to a print shop and pay for the voucher to be printed off then back into the old city tourist office to exchange the voucher for a ticket. I could have easily bought a ticket directly from the official ticket office for much less than the online cost directly which clearly added on a number of agency commissions and with far less hassle.

Entertaining Guide and entertaining history

Worth a trip but go direct

Definately a trip worth doing but DO NOT BOOK THROUGH VIATOR!!!! Buy when you get there. Total rip off and completely unpractical to print out when you are a tourist. Overpriced compared to what you can purchase the tickets through in the tourist information centres. I paid £105 through viator and could have got better tickets including the museums and other attractions for £85.

The view of the historic center from the walls is nice. In sunny weather, you should have plenty of water and an umbrella with you. If you are driving, I recommend the central underground garage, about one kilometer from the center. 🇨🇿

Viator and the tour group failed to provide me tickets and I had to rebuy them at the location. When I called they said they knew there had been issues with the tour and yet continue to work with them. Will not be using again.

SCAM-Get Dubrovnik pass when visiting much cheaper.

SCAM. There is a Dubrovnik city pass for 35 Euros which includes the Walls, museums and more. The Dubrovnik walls cost 35 Euros, they are charging 48.72 Euros here. 13.72 Euros for commission or whatever. I wish I knew this, I was very disappointed. The walls is a must do in Dubrovnik. Many stairs up and is always hot and sunny on summer, bring water. Despite all the sweat, worth views from sea and Dubrovnik city.
