Our tour guide Davor was really good and professional. He is very knowledgeable and a good communicator. He gave us a lot of insight of the Bulkan history and the history about Dubrovnik. During our tour, it was raining quite heavily but he didn’t rush it even without an umbrella himself. I think his professionalism was absolutely commendable. I thoroughly enjoyed our tour despite the rain.

Our guide, Goran, told us lots about Dubrovnik's past, the invaders, occupiers, wars, its defence and its people. He was knowledgeable and enjoyed providing historical facts. That said, it wasn't information overload and the tour was easy to follow and amusing.

History tour rather than a city tour

The guide was great - extremely knowledgeable and loved her history. She was passionate, energetic and happy to explain the history of the city. We would have preferred more of a city tour and not a history tour. We saw very little of the old town - only stopped at about 5 or 6 stops.

Antonio our guide was so knowledgeable and enthusiastic, a lovely person....but we found it to be 'information overload'! A quarter of the information, more walking into the side streets or down to the port and perhaps a few more anecdotes about life in the city and a few less dates might make the tour more memorable! We did love Antonia though!
