    Francesco was informative. The museum is overwhelming with art, it was great to have some insight on some of the important pieces. It was at the tail end of our Italy experience and would have better positioned early.

    When you’re in the presence of a human being who has realized his dreams and manifested it into reality, you are enlightened by their energy. Fael is one these beings. Fael’s passion for art, history, and the search of Truth has made him the undisputed best tour guide we have ever had the pleasure to experience. To understand the incredible works of art in the Uffizi within his well-studied context made the experience of the museum — complete. We felt very lucky to have booked a tour with him with a fews days notice, because I believe he will be booked for many months in advance very soon. The tour was just that incredible. Thank you Fael. 🔺

    Raffa is a fantastic guide. He is very experienced, not knowing the history very well, but understand what tourist expects. I had many tour experience with guide around the world but this is the one of the best among all. It definitively worth the money to join his tour, because it brings you to the best part of Uffizi. When we travel half of the world, we deserve to have the best, isn't it? Then why not pay a bit more to get the best:)

    WOW!! This tour with Fael was wayyyy better than I expected! I was surprised to find out that it was just Fael and I! But I was not complaining because it felt like a person tour just for me! Fael is extremely knowledgeable and passionate! He taught me so much about the Dark Age, The Renaissance and everything is between! Although I had some knowledge I learned so many new things not only about the history but about each artist as we went along! This tour was definitely one of the highlights of my trip to Florence! I highly highly recommend this tour with Fael! You will not be disappointed!

    Buongiorno, a seguito di vari tentativi per acquisire ticket d'ingresso ...abbiamo dovuto rinunciare e nonostante richieste inviate e preghiere all'operatore nulla di fatto! Abbiamo perso la giornata, stressati e non ri.borsati! Non siamo riusciti ad acquisire ticket e nessun contatto per chiedere aiuto o telefono di servizio clienti. Rinnovo richiesta di rimborso per 71 euro dei ticket e 5 euro della guida di cui non abbiamo usufruito! Spiacente e deluso invio Distinti saluti. Grazie

    Salve buongiorno Caro Angelo, 1- Lei ha comprato un tour guidato IN INGLESE alla Galleria Degli Uffizi con il Biglietto NON incluso. E lei questo lo sapeva benissimo perché al punto di incontro lei mi ha chiesto per primo quanti soldi in più deve pagare per i biglietti ? 2- Tutti pronti per partire poi si è ricordato che lei in effetti non parla tanto bene inglese e sicuramente meglio avere solo i biglietti e NON pagare in più nessun prezzo aggiuntivo per la guida, quindi io li ho REGALATO i biglietti per entrare nel museo e lo accompagnato dentro saltando comunque a gratis tutta la fila CON LA SUA FAMILIA. 3- Dentro il museo ancora una volta a bloccato tutto perché lei ha comprato al prezzo di 5€ un audio guida non si sa in quale agenzia e pretende da me (Viator) un ricompensa. E non solo ma anche i 71 € che ha pagato dopo che le abbiamo regalato 62€ di biglietti e la abbiamo compagnato saltando tutta la fila fino al Ascensore come una VIP 4- Dopo pranzo lei mi ha contato al telefono e Whatsap (Ho le Prove) chiedendomi che volva un biglietto come ricordo perché si era dimenticato di ritirarlo, e io gli disi di si. Mi scrisse alle 9 di mattina pretendendo che io potessi venire lì in giorno di Pasqua quando io appena partivo con un altro tour. Lo ricontata ancora ma lei non ha mai risposto. Chiedo a Viator di fare molta attenzione a questa richiesta, perché questa persona o veramente non capisce il processo e la matematica dei soldi che a spesso e ricevuto oppure non lo SO. Comunque sia la ringrazio e nome della nostra agenzia della sua prenotazione, noi siamo comunque felici che siamo riusciti a farle fare il tour e salta fila con con la sua famiglia in un girono di Pasqua impossibile anche solo entrare.
