We had hoped to take in some Opera during our first trip to Italy, but none were playing in any of the cities we visited. So we opted for this event. While the three tenors were talented, the whole production was very slow with many pauses and left us wanting a lot more. In the end, it wasn't overly moving, and we didn't feel that it was a good use of our short time.

No concert program offered. Did not perform Nessum Dorma. Sound quality is good however the music drowns out the singing. Intermission after 30 minutes, entire show including breaks was less than 1 hour 15 minutes, (advert claims the show is 1 1/2 hours). Not convinced the show is good value for the money paid.

Except the fact that the tenors were others than the ones in the flyer and there was no Nesum Dorma in the program the experience was worth the price.

Mostly unheard of opera songs, constant unnecessary movements of singers and musicians on and off the stage after every song and two occasional “dancers” who only the first few rows of the audience can see. The players try but it’s not really worth the visit.

I have been to lots of these opera experiences. Usually there is a programme or pamphlet explaining what will be performed and the musicians speak to the audience explaining what they are performing and a bit of back. The musicians here were talented but there was no interaction with the audience and the acoustics were not good. We were at the back which was not far really and could hardly hear the ‘tenors’ . Also they didn’t even sing Nessun Dorma 🙄 go somewhere else!

The 3 tenors were absolutely wonderful! We thoroughly enjoyed this program well worth it. The pianist, cellist and mandolin player were also superb.

It was wonderful to listen to the tenors in Florence. The performance was great. The experience was only marred by a resonance related to the acoustics of the church that the concert was held in.

Concert started promptly. We had a good view from category A seats. It was a bit hot in the auditorium and I noticed a few women (!) fanning themselves. Singers seemed very accomplished and sang well know arias and Neapolitan favourites. The ballet dancers were very elegant - maybe a bit cheesy but then these events are aimed at tourists and a just for fun and not meant to be for serious opera buffs. On the whole very enjoyable.

We attended this concern on September 29th and it was thoroughly enjoyable. You could see the enthusiasm during the performance, much energy and the songs were familiar. I highly recommend the performance. We did not go for the dinner option as we understood it was not worth the added expense.

Enjoyed better known arias Quite a huge venue and smaller venue might have better accoustics and more atmosphere. Thought I would have known more of the programme - No Nessum Dorma!

Sitting in an old cathedral,with my wife and children, in Florence was mind blowing to say the least. And the atmosphere, quality of the musicians, and the 3 Tenors was absolutely wonderful

This is essentially a tribute band performing some greatest hits. I purchased the tickets as a surprise for my husband as he listens to Pavarotti occasionally. It was unseasonably warm in the church, so I wished I had brought my little hand paper fan. No need to spring for the mist expensive seats. Their voices project very well.

The concert was lovely, it was a bit warm in the church, a few more fans would have been great but overall it was a memorable evening. Did not do the dinner package just the concert and it was a good decision.

Great evening listening to the Three Tenors in a beautiful setting in the heart of Florence. All in Italian with a little comedy mixed in.

Concert was pleasant but short. Singers were enthusiastic and made for an enjoyable evening. Not a great value for the cost but glad we went. Decommissioned Church where it was held was interesting architecturally but acoustics were not very hood - perhaps better amplification of the music would have helped.
